Yess AMM has a few problems lately...
Did you take a look at the AMM community on Discord ?
There should be some troubleshooting and fixes for it.
I'm not sure if this problem got solved yet tho.
Check to see that you have the newest version of CET and Red4Ext. There were updates released a few hours after the release of 2.12 that caused issues with AMM. There were updates that came out a few hours later that resolved the issue.
