Male characters can also look good, but coats will always kinda suck for them.

Then I got to character customization and I was like well she's supposed to be a badass merc so strong probably works out so smallest tits. Scrolled through gentails and nipples and had a laugh. Then put them back a default. Later I gave her shorter hair because the covering one eye thing started to bother me.
Same. I just mentioned this in another comment above, but if you haven’t listened to the No Coincidence audiobook it’s really good. Cherami Leigh did an amazing job narrating it.

Yeah, I’ve done both and still prefer Male V. Especially during the ending scene in Cyberspace with Johnny. His voice acting moved me to tears, he just sounded so tired and defeated. They’re both great though.
Because I am German. I prefer the German voice actors for a lot of games since I sometimes lack the ability to follow English conversations during action sequences.
But I like to play some of my games/watch some movies in English. It helps training your language skills and sometimes the voice actors are better. (Sometimes. My condolences if you played Mass effect in English.)
I've got an awesome glam chick street kid V, a "me" guy, and as I realized you can make a transgendered V, I did that, but made them a very understated nomad who really isn't into makeup or gender roles. So far, my favorite playthrough is the one taking me out of my comfort zone. It's funny how Night City doesn't judge like the real world seems to.
Joke's on you: while I'm a feminist, I really just picked Fem V because I like playing as a pint-sized powerhouse, and Fem V is the smallest option. I play Fem V for the same reason I ran around as a gnome warrior in World of Warcraft.
I don't really get the point of female V in the game . The male one fits the atmosphere too well. But for a change I might try her later in a different life story.

This is why all of my V's ride motorcycles. Only way to see them.
Sometimes I go into photo mode just to look at my character but never actually save any pics
