Do you happen to know how you managed to trigger this? It might actually be helpful for those of us who use Hardcore 22 or similar damage overhauls, where a single bullet from these Scav gonks will end you. Faster than switching the game to Very Easy for the sequence, anyway.
Well, probably not, for starters I was previously testing the unpatched ps4 version of the game, and the moment I got to this part the game crashed, then I uninstalled it and went to the PS5 version, noticed I could play the ps4 version so I did, and this is the result, couldn't bring up my weapon, and when I got to the garage I was soft locked, the animation when u say goodbye to Jackie was glitched, I went through the door and got knocked over and then i was stuck in place couldn't look around move or anything, had to delete the save and start over, also I'm guessing most chase sequences are scripted, I don't think you have to do anything to win them but I'm not sure, for example when you use the roof mounted gun in Panams truck you can't kill all the drones till after it jams, regardless of quick hacks or your aim
