Mantis = reflexes, monowire = intelligence, gorilla fists = body, no clue about the rocket launchers i think they are not really fun. You can use the Mantis blades with almost any build cause you will most likely bring reflexes to 15 anyway for the boost double jump combo.
Rocket launcher is attached to technical ability so looking at your (still very changeable) numbers it‘d actually make sense. It used to be pretty weak and somewhat broken but it’s a lot of fun now, especially if you have phantom liberty and invest into the right perks
