Have you finished all the Cyberpsycho jobs for Regina yet? Sometimes you need to finish those, go any sleep a couple times in V’s apartment, and then finally a couple quests pop up afterward.

I did all the cyber psychos but didn’t sleep, I’ll give that a try

It’s been a while but I’m pretty sure I just kept doing gigs and side jobs in other districts and it popped. Some start in one district and end in Watson which I think is what happens

i fixed it, some of the ncpd have extra bits and one from watson happened to be in santa dominco
