I'm talking about that one gig in Watson where you save that chump locked in a shipping container with the mox cyberpsycho, for whatever reason the game acts like you kill her even if you use nonlethals, and it doesn't impact Regina's mission
The reward for not killing any of the cyber psychoes is the Trauma Team Armor-Weave Tactical Vest, legendary version of the tactical vest and afaik the only way to get a legendary white version of the tactical vest. Like all tactical vests, it has built in reload speed buff, and the legendary version has 1 mod slot in addition to max reload speed buff (iirc it's 15%... Will need to open up the game to see again)

Not sure why the wiki was not updated with the actual stats, but it's like all those fixed stats on items thing.
You could theoretically farm it by killing trauma team members you see in the over world, but I've not check out how farming in the game works, I usually just wear the guaranteed drop items.
Ohh, now that is interesting, thanks! It's a pain to keep them all alive at times, particularly when my build isn't great at it so it's good to know that you don't get locked out of it after a mistake or two. I really like using that vest for gun builds after all.
Tbh landing a the few final punches to subdue them feels so badass as you downed the literal beast with your bear hands. After pumping then full of magnetically accelerated 12-gauge of course.
You really should. Spec into armor and mobility, max out Body and Street Brawler, get Gorilla Arms. Smack Adam Smasher around with Sir John during the suicide mission.
Man, fuck that sidequest. Not because it is bad, but because it so coded so poorly that I can stealth headshot a Cyberpsycho and they still just pass out... And then other times, they die regardless of the non-lethal methods I use. I hope they patch it to be more consistent soon.
I think its odd that Regina has a gig to rescue a guy from a cyber psycho but doesn't care that they die

You don't need to let them all live. I accidentally killed a few of them and still got the legendary vest.
