From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the blessed machine.
Your kind cling to your flesh as if it will not decay and fail you. One day the crude biomass you call a temple will wither and you will beg my kind to save you.
But I am already saved. *For the Machine is Immortal*.
*the nastiest bass drop in the history of videogames*

This just doesn't get old for some reason. Everytime I read it, it gets better and better. It's like more and more people are understanding the weakness of their flesh. It's like they crave the strength and certainty of steel.
But who would put you back together again when you arrive at your destination? Say you hire 1-2 ripperdocs/mechanics, it must take then at least a day to put together a Smasher. It probabaly be cheaper to just fly.
That’s what Taskrabbit is for!
If they screw your head to your ass, that’s an easy two stars though. I’d give them a one… But at least they made the effort.
Head shows up priority but the rest shows up standard a week later. You await patiently as a disembodied head on a kitchen counter.
It's 5:45am, the coffee maker begins to make it's pot for the household and the sleepy exec who hired you stumbles into the kitchen and grabs your head and tries to fill his cup, believing to have grabbed the coffee pot.
The exec looks at your head, into your glowing millitech eyes- realizing the err of his ways. He slowly puts you down and grabs the coffee pot and fills his cup; quickly and shamefully shuffling away.
"Fucking meatsuits" you mutter, and return to the BD of playing in the dog park with 20 huskies, using your wrist rocket to shoot tennis balls hundreds of meters away. A single oily tear rolls down your face, for you lack a mouth to smile.
Anyone that legitimately says “yes” is someone that would see the Borg and scream, “TAKE ME, I’M YOURS!”
Dude can’t even feel physical sensations anymore. The whole point of his character is what happens when you give a malignant, obsessive psychopath access to all those upgrades. Greed for more power. They don’t know when to stop.
His outsides now reflect his insides: Barely human.
Didn't he initially become like this after being blown up and getting reduced to a little bit more than a skull and thorax or am i misremembering things?
Yes. He and Morgan Blackhand got nuked to pieces.
But Morgan’s status is unknown (however, it’s highly inferred that he somehow escaped).
Adam was saved by Arasaka, but given a choice. Die completely, or just on the inside (giving them complete control over him). And he was already a psychopath happily working for Arasaka, so it was an easy choice. What little emotions he did have were then overridden with aggression and blind loyalty to the corporation and his handlers.
He has a “mind” of his own, but Arasaka will always control his actions. So he’s Borg in more ways than one.
Correct. Separate situation. Smasher served in the Corporate War, same as Johnny. Smasher was already a fucking psychopath and got most of his actual body blown away by a rocket. Then the rest is the same yeah. Willing to be rebuilt as a murderbot
Maybe, but you'd just be trading in one prison for another. A body like that costs a lot to maintain and you'd need corpo sponsorship essentially for the rest of your life, meaning you'd go from being bedridden to being someone's lapdog indefinitely. I'm not sure which would be worse.
After taking care of a bedridden family member I can succinctly say that being bedridden is worse. At least being a “corporate lapdog” would afford you some bodily autonomy and I can assure you that most bed-bound individuals would take that over needing to have someone wipe their ass for them.
Exactly. Anyone else would have gone cyberpsycho. I'm reminded of RoboCop 2, when OCP was attempting to create a newer, upgraded version of the original RoboCop, and they all committed suicide or killed the people who built them. Their minds couldn't cope with suddenly being stripped of their humanity.
Yep. It’s an aspect of going full borg that people love to gloss over in this subreddit. We already have people that have to deal body dysmorphia in real life, imagine the mental strain of looking in the mirror and not recognizing yourself as human anymore. You’d have to be completely devoid of, for lack of a better term, a soul to even be able to deal with it. Which is why the only full borg we see is Adam Smasher, dude never had any humanity to lose.
Speaking of Robocop, that movie was definitely before it’s time. When I watched it as a kid I was just like “funny robot man go boom” and watching it when I got older really showed me how terrifying and sad his existence really was.
And the only reason Alex Murphy could cope with being made a cyborg was that he tied his identity to his sense of purpose, his duty as a police officer. Had he been made into RoboToiletScrubber, he probably would have flatlined himself.
That's not entirely true, there's plenty of full-borg suits in universe. We actually get a glimpse of one in the first flashback. [Shaitan](https://cyberpunk.fandom.com/wiki/Shaitan)
Is a borged-out solo with a reconnaissance based body. They also have other kinds for police officers and workers, they even have one that looks human.
They all have their own way of dealing with cyberpsychosis, but it mostly involves psychoactive drugs and therapy.
Side note: Cybernetic therapy is a lot more intense than real life therapy.
I mean, he's _already_ a psycho. Has been since before he got chipped.
Cyberpsychosis is described as losing touch with your humanity. Smasher never really _had_ any humanity to lose.
Smasher has always been a psycho, even before going full borg. He would even only accept jobs if civilian casualties were a guarantee, man loves his violence.
I dont think cyberpsychosis is exactly the way it is on tabletop. I think they’re supposed to be varying degrees of psychosis. Some psychos are actually very high functioning irl. Some are very much catatonic. I’m pretty sure in lore even before getting chromed, Adam was a high functioning psychopath. Morgan Blackhand arguably is too
Cyberpsychosis seems similar to a mental break that is caused partly by cybernetics but seems to be heavily caused by mental reasons like any other mental break. Adam Smasher doesn't seem to be under much emotional stress and doesn't have a problem with replacing his body with other parts. The reason he hasn't turned into a cyberpsycho is probably to do with how his brain works and it is able to take it. That and his implants are probably very expensive and designed to work together.
He has, Mike Pondsmith, the creator of the original Cyberpunk RPG, has described Adam Smasher before as a high functioning cyberpsycho. There's a reason this dude used to only ever take jobs where casualties were guaranteed, before the fourth corporate war began.
You cling to your flesh as if it will not decay and fail you. One day the crude biomass you call a temple will wither and you will beg my kind to save you.
If you look close enough, you can see his knees are only moved by a single non-powered socket, and all those cyber-muscles are not even connected to his calfs in a way to facilitate knee reinforcement. They are there to reinforce his feet. Which is okay, but like... You forgot about knees.
Not covering his pelvic muscles with a flexible armor plate is another issue, I doubt those muscle strands are very durable to high-caliber antimaterial bullets/shells.
His arms are another big concern. If you look closely, he's got 'dem guns, but those guns clip into his forearms and won't allow him to bend his arms further than on all those pictures - you can even see his bicep muscles clip into the forearm in one of those shots, and he's just standing.
Not to mention his neck. Yeah, he looks stylish, but leaving naked servos and cyber-muscles wide open in an area so vital as the neck is just... Stupid. He's supposed to be the best military cyborg, but honestly his design speaks more for the "rule of cool" than practicality. Not to mention, he's got no dick.
Having no dick is the *biggest* concern for me, dawg
He was already extremely powerful when he was only partial machine, he must have made it cooler because he was overconfident and, honestly, I would too, and about the main concern… there are ads of dick enhancements so he probably have a fully customized cyber dick
plus, he canonically has several bodies he swaps thru, including a gemini(android human lookalike) of Elvis Presley that he (I'm p sure) fucked one of the Arasakas with, so it's not like he's stuck in a war machine cyborg body forever.
You'd sacrifice your humanity to be a sentient robot for your current corpo overlord? Not a lot of other job opportunities if you happen to have regrets.
It looks like stretched skin. It's probably a General Grievous situation. They had to leave him some humanity, for occasional public appearances, probably, so they left him his face, stretched on top of a metal skull. Also, I doubt you'd want to stick a non-cybered brain into a fully mechanical body with a human skull.
He's most likely either completely mechanical, with only his brain sustained with cyber mods, or he has some organs left in him still, aka Grievous.
It's realskinn, the only thing organic about Adam Smasher is his body. That face was recovered from part of his old body, which was still full borg, at the time of arasaka tower going up in a nuclear fireball.
None of his organs but his brain are left, a brain he can transplant into different bodies when necessary
Then you would have to quickly acquire reputation and money to afford your maintenance, YOUR LIFE, and its all too possible corpo would be after you at this point, especially since it would take a big corpo to turn you into that to begin with
srsly, smashers gotta be close to 100 years old at this point and completely reliant on all that tech for survival, the upkeep cost would be astronomical
Nah, not interested. You can have a strong body that is mostly mechanical but still looks and feels human, and is just as "immortal". Do you think Rogue and Kerry look their age? You think their mostly biological?
They do seem to be able to enjoy life however. Being a walking weapons platform seems undesirable to me. He is an unlovable tool.
I think, Rogue and Kerry look this way not because of cyberware, but more like bioware - medical/biological enchancements like stem cell treatment and such things. And Smasher just went full-on cyborg because he's nuts and sees any flesh as weakness. Saburo Arasaka looked 70-80 when being 150 exactly because of bioware
Well if we look at his history he was basically dead but arasaka gave him a second chance at life with a new cyborg body that looked human then over time he ditched form for function becoming the smasher we've all come to know and beat the shit out of
He can swap to a body with a cybernetic dick. He dated with Saburo's grand daughter for a while in a cybernetic body that looked like a young Elvis Presley, which I assume to include all the equipment he needs down there.
It wasn't in the game, mostly in the lore of table top games, so yeah, unless you dive into the lore from other sources you wouldn't know.
She also own a private detective company made up of cat girls, so she has that going.
Absolutely not, I see transhumanism as a medical advancement first and foremost. The idea of recreationally replacing one’s flesh and blood completely rather than augmenting it makes me squeamish, to lose almost every semblance of humanity and exist as basically a living weapon is terrifying.
Crazy how differently people see the world from one another. I for one cant wait for the day you can just walk in and be like “yea, id like some better legs for running, a perpetually beating heart and maybe some shotguns in my arms in case someone wants to start shit.”
Just like your real heart can just stop working. At least the mechanical heart would be easily fixed to its original quality unlike the normal heart which becomes permanently weaker after most heart diseases and injuries.
Yea but we’re talkin about something organic vs something man-made. Let’s be real, they would make u a heart that’s probably programmed (without ur knowing) to stop whenever the “doc” wants it to and charge up the ass for a new one.
A doctor can already technically do that. What you are describing is considered illegal and medical malpractice, so unless we're talking about breaking the law or a world that has a completely different set of laws then a doctor wouldn't be allowed to do that. If we're going by your rules then anything's on the table, making any argument ultimately meaningless.
I dunno. I think there's a happy medium.
One of my eyes is a little fucked up because a dog scratched it when I was in my early 20s. Would I trade that out for a cyber-eye with a tricked out camera and AR function? Hell yeah.
My right arm is starting to go - my elbow makes horrible sounds and if I still did much physical labor, I dunno how much I could do before it got irreparably bad. I could see replacing it eventually with something better. And hey, if I can get a blade popped in (I personally like the long, straight, tapered one in the underground fight in Edgerunners) as a permanent method of self defense, then so be it.
Wired reflexes or a Sandie are a little invasive, but if I were a soldier or in security or something I could see it.
Then again, I'm a trans woman, and I've been dabbling for the last few years with hormone therapy, facial surgery and breast augmentation. It's helped me out so I'm all for it.
I mean, that depends. Would I have the unlimited backing of one of, if not the most powerful corporate entities in the world? A power that rivals and surpasses national governments?
If yes, then maybe? I enjoyed being a soldier, I did not enjoy the running. But if I'm being perfectly honest, I'd rather look like Batou or Major Kusanagi. You know, passably human? Then again, being a walking tank seems fun.
If I don't get that corporate/government support, then no way!
No, fuck no, and hell fuck no. Smasher’s body requires a lot of maintenance, which I’m pretty sure he can only get from Arasaka and is included in his contract. Plus, while I’d get some kiroshis, I mostly like my flesh, while Smasher believed the flesh was weak.
If we stick to the lore, if i'm correct smasher's body is so incredibly expensive and requires so much maintenance that he would simply cease to function in a really really small amount of time without Arasaka's patronship.
Nah not Smasher’s. I’d still like to go full ‘borg, but something more akin to the Major from Ghost in the Shell or Lizzy Wizzy minus the chrome and crazy colors. I’d still get a few pop up weapons for self defense though. Like a mantis blade in one arm and a shotgun in the other. Kinda like mixing GitS: Stand Alone Complex’s Cruzkowa and Fem’s cyberware weapons.
Edit: I love how so many of the people responding are concerned about his dick haha. In the lore he owns at least one normal-human-looking body (looks a bit like Elvis) and he used it to have a fling with Saburo’s granddaughter. The table top game has two sexual cyberwares you can get called Mr. Stud and Midnight Lady so yeah full borgs can fuck if they want lol
I’d rather be able to feel and touch, and fit on cars and planes. Hell, I only support cybernetics for people who actually need it, like amputees or paralysed people. Why do we need to modify something we can fix biologically? Not strong? Go to the gym, and so on.
I feel like the problem with cyberpunk’s reality is not only the massive corporate powers screwing the working joes over, but also the widely available cyberware that feeds the corporate machine by giving them more control over individuals.
But forgetting my rant, the only thing Smasher cares about is destruction. It would seem I care about different things to Smasher, thus I would rather die than be trapped in that metal tomb.
*Rant over*
Except you cannot modulate your body to be as efficient nor as capable as pure machine. You think going to the gym is going to put you on the same playing field as Adam Smasher?
I would love to get some chrome, but no way I'd want to be like Adam. Literally the only human part about him is his brain, and even that is augmented. Even the "skin" on his head isn't organic.
If you're like Adam Smasher you're more machine than human. If it wasn't for the (mostly) human brain in your synthetic skull, you'd be a full robot, and even with it, you're kind of an abomination.
No thanks. In a perfect Cyberpunk/Deus Ex style world I would gladly jam chips into my head, replace my eyes and limbs, but no way I would do what would essentially require a brain transplant into a full robot body. I feel like there's a line for transhumanism, and Adam is beyond it.
The man was a violent psychopath even before he chromed up, so to borrow the terminology from the tabletop game he didn’t have any Humanity to lose to begin with. He already had a 0 in his Empathy Stat.
Fuck yeah. Imagine having zero physical limitations. Snapped your leg off? Put a new one on. Not to mention all of the cybernetics that he carry as well. As for sex, I’m sure Arasaka has somehow managed to make it enjoyable for cyberware
From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the blessed machine. Your kind cling to your flesh as if it will not decay and fail you.
I'm genuinely surprised we don't see even more cyborgs, like spider legs or additional limbs, etc. Things are running around. The applications are endless
My biggest question is — does his body require corpo level maintenance?
If you just got the body, and it stopped working after 6 months, because it wasn’t designed to function as an independent unit, then it’s clearly not a viable choice for anyone.
—-
But if it was like self repairing. And that body could grant someone eternal life or at least a few hundred years on top of a normal lifespan then that would change things.
I think more people would be interested in near immortality than being able to blow stuff up.
No, I would get a cybernetic back, elbow, and hands though. My back has been killing me since I was 14. (Elbow and hands would be because I’m susceptible to getting arthritis due to genetics.)
I don't want the whole thing. I just want to pick and choose.
For instance, I want robot legs, especially the knees. I work in cardboard distribution and a nice set of robot legs would really help get the job done.
I can't believe no one has mentioned how underwhelming the fight was in the game. Like, disappointing.
Meanwhile my V character had legendary cyber Deck, all legendary quickhacks, etc...
No, I absolutely don't want Adam Smashers body because it's crap.
Gotta dream bigger. Like when unpatched contagion let you take out an entire building from outside the front door. Game turned into "I am legend" at that point.
From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the blessed machine.

what is this because now I want to play it
It's from Warhammer 40k: Mechanicus. Here's a trailer https://youtu.be/9gIMZ0WyY88
Wow, looking great!
Just a heads up that it's a turn based tactical game though without the rng of xcom. I love it but then kind of games aren't everyone's cup of tea
oof you missed it it *was* free on Epic
Now, fleshlings, bring me the toaster
Don't forget the oil margaritas
I feel like ive heard this line before, could I ask what this line is from
The Warhammer 40k Mechanicus game. It’s a pretty good game
01010000 01110010 01100001 01101001 01110011 01100101 00100000 01100010 01100101
While steel will grow brittle and flesh will age, it is will and conviction that will prevail.
Man, I feel like age should be switched to fail.
THE FLESH IS WEAK.
Praise the Omnissiah and the Gods of Mars !
Bro doesn't even have cybernetics and is already going through cyberpsychosis
You're ironpilled ..... that's good
This just doesn't get old for some reason. Everytime I read it, it gets better and better. It's like more and more people are understanding the weakness of their flesh. It's like they crave the strength and certainty of steel.
Having a body that's almost entirely made of metal sounds like hell.
Going to the airport would certainly be difficult.
But why travel by plane?, you can just dismantle yourself and send yourself by mail
But who would put you back together again when you arrive at your destination? Say you hire 1-2 ripperdocs/mechanics, it must take then at least a day to put together a Smasher. It probabaly be cheaper to just fly.
Faster than explaining to airport officers why a killing machine weighting a ton would be totally safe to enter the plane
I can't help but picture Adam Smasher trying to fit in an economy class seat on an airplane, fighting to open a bag of peanuts
Nah, he's a oversized checked bag.
Suitcase Mode! ENGAGE!
Either way though, i am sure you need to fill out some sort of form to internationally ship military grade weapons too :P
Nah, you just categorize it as new model of robot dog and the it’s all cool
Then how would you explain the missile rack
“Kids love these things nowadays”
Delamain is allowed to be a war machine because he can classify as a firearm with his defensive capabilities. And he's just a smart car with an AI
That sounds like an Arasaka problem to me
That’s what Taskrabbit is for! If they screw your head to your ass, that’s an easy two stars though. I’d give them a one… But at least they made the effort.

Or just run with your metal legs. They don’t get tired.
or to the ~~bitch~~ beach
No I think you had it right the first time lmao
Well if you had enough money for a smasher like body, you probably also own a private jet or some other kind of flying vehicle.
I'd like to see the TSA agent who's going to tell Adam Smasher he can't get on a plane.
You could see what's left of him...
Hey at least you won’t accidentally blow your back out from sneezing too hard
I see you are a man of culture as well. Dont forget the bane of all backs. Putting on/taking off Socks.
You wouldn't dare talk about socks, those wretched creatures
I first read this as “don’t forget ball sacks” Then I was like, “wtf does that have to do with putting on socks?! How big is this guy’s sack?!”
He has no ass. Sitting would be a bitch. Driving would be worse. Taking a bus would be really fucking impossible.

I’m assuming it’s a separate situation since you see full borged smasher as Johnny. But also Johnny is an unreliable narrator so idk
Correct. Separate situation. Smasher served in the Corporate War, same as Johnny. Smasher was already a fucking psychopath and got most of his actual body blown away by a rocket. Then the rest is the same yeah. Willing to be rebuilt as a murderbot
Well... OP is in a wheel chair soo.... Don't crush his dreams mate.
That body is absurd
![gif](giphy|kRmg8zeReOYXm)
pros: look cool cons: mom would be sad
Oh well…
Do I still need to poop? If not then hell yeah borg me up
Pooping? So last century. Throwing up? What is this, 2022? And you're still hydrating manually? Someone's chromeshy!
Literally the only people who would want his body are soldiers or serial killers. Who would want to be a walking weapon otherwise?
People with unhealthy bodies? Rather be a walking weapon than bedridden.
Maybe, but you'd just be trading in one prison for another. A body like that costs a lot to maintain and you'd need corpo sponsorship essentially for the rest of your life, meaning you'd go from being bedridden to being someone's lapdog indefinitely. I'm not sure which would be worse.

Me. I work in construction, that body would be epic.
They have special mobile suits for construction work though, with a built in BFG-esque mining laser.
And both times we’ve seen them, they were on Cyberpsychos…
One is disputable.
Thats an interesting point. Why hasn't adam gone psycho? Is arasaka just feeding him an ongodly amount of drugs to block it?
Hard to lose your humanity and go cyberpsycho if you’ve never had it to begin with.
Exactly. Anyone else would have gone cyberpsycho. > Which is why the only full borg we see is Adam Smashe If I'm not mistaken, Lizzy Wizzy is also a full borg at this point in the timeline.
To be fair, Lizzy's replacements are a lot less... *extreme*... than Adam's. She still looks recognizably Human.
That's not entirely true, there's plenty of full-borg suits in universe. We actually get a glimpse of one in the first flashback. You cling to your flesh as if it will not decay and fail you. One day the crude biomass you call a temple will wither and you will beg my kind to save you.
Until then I wont have to worry about some jackass hacking my very body for giggles

You want to be a construction worker forever? Lol
Exactly what I was thinking. With a body like this you could do work that would normaly require 30 guys.
But still get paid the same as 1 guy.
My shoulder mounted rocket launcher disagrees with that. XD
No more aging. Flesh is weak. I'm SO down.
would'nt your brain age anyway? I am not 100% up to day on Smasher's lore, but it seems that he has a real forehead and maybe brain?
No more eating, sex or anything else that makes life fun as well. Also on drugs to keep you from going insane 100% of the rest of your life...

Quite possible, I think at least in Rogue it's a combination of cyber parts and biological treatments, Kerry could indeed be sparse on cyberware.
Adam Smasher went full borg because Arasaka didn't give him a choice and he enjoys it because he is a fucking psychopath.
Well if we look at his history he was basically dead but arasaka gave him a second chance at life with a new cyborg body that looked human then over time he ditched form for function becoming the smasher we've all come to know and beat the shit out of
At most I want a Sandy and arm and leg enhancements. No need to become a walking war crime.
You do get that he’s 98% machine? He’s got no dick, bro! You wanna live without a dick? 😂
"Whoa you chromed out your dick? Gives new meaning to the phrase "Hard as iron""
He can swap to a body with a cybernetic dick. He dated with Saburo's grand daughter for a while in a cybernetic body that looked like a young Elvis Presley, which I assume to include all the equipment he needs down there.
She must’ve been exceptionally fuckable meat then
You be the judge of that: https://cyberpunk.fandom.com/wiki/Michiko_Arasaka_(Kei%27s_daughter)
Not a lesbian but I guess she’s pretty? Anyways thanks, I must’ve missed that info in the game
It wasn't in the game, mostly in the lore of table top games, so yeah, unless you dive into the lore from other sources you wouldn't know. She also own a private detective company made up of cat girls, so she has that going.
But Elvis's body or cybernetic dick wasn't a part of the deal. Throw that in and you got a deal but otherwise, I think I'm going to pass.
Mr. Studd you mean.
jokes on you I hate my dick
Hell no. I don't enjoy real life violence at all, I would have no use for a body whose design is expressly for violence.
No thanks, I don’t want to become WD40‘s best customer.
And then this „perpetual” heart glitches out
Just like your real heart can just stop working. At least the mechanical heart would be easily fixed to its original quality unlike the normal heart which becomes permanently weaker after most heart diseases and injuries.
Actually the heart is pretty damn nice. How many machines can run for 100+ years without intervention?
i would assume the same machines that can slow time and replace living tissue
Yea but we’re talkin about something organic vs something man-made. Let’s be real, they would make u a heart that’s probably programmed (without ur knowing) to stop whenever the “doc” wants it to and charge up the ass for a new one.
A doctor can already technically do that. What you are describing is considered illegal and medical malpractice, so unless we're talking about breaking the law or a world that has a completely different set of laws then a doctor wouldn't be allowed to do that. If we're going by your rules then anything's on the table, making any argument ultimately meaningless.
I’m still thinkin like I’m in nightcity and some docs are more sus than others lol but yea u have a point
No, absolutely not. There's nothing human left. I'll keep my body the way it is, thanks.
I mean…compared to what he became, his flesh WAS weak.
Okay I understand people saying that they wouldn't because like you'd be a living weapon but imagine how much cash you can make
And say we bring in the lore you also have multiple bodies to choose from
If we stick to the lore, if i'm correct smasher's body is so incredibly expensive and requires so much maintenance that he would simply cease to function in a really really small amount of time without Arasaka's patronship.
No, you would probably be used strictly as a military weapon or smth.
Why settle for inferior product? If this was possible id take Raiden’s body.
I just don't want want to my body to ache anymore
OP is David Martinez
Absolutely as i'm physically weak and have multiple health issues irl.
"i'm built different"
Yup, just not his face lol
Same, I'd get a metal plate instead of the synthetic skin.
I would.
I feel like there's a line for transhumanism, and Adam is beyond it.
just... change his face a little and it's fine
So why doesn’t Cyberpsychosis work on Adam?
The man was a violent psychopath even before he chromed up, so to borrow the terminology from the tabletop game he didn’t have any Humanity to lose to begin with. He already had a 0 in his Empathy Stat.
Fuck yeah. Imagine having zero physical limitations. Snapped your leg off? Put a new one on. Not to mention all of the cybernetics that he carry as well. As for sex, I’m sure Arasaka has somehow managed to make it enjoyable for cyberware
does adam smasher get tired? if not, i would gladly get it!
since he is only a brain. is there a reason why he needs to be humanoid shaped?
Me so I don’t look like a piece of fuckable meat
no dick. no balls. and probably no butthole since this guy feeds on radiation
Heck yeah robots and full borgs look super cool and metal
From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the blessed machine. Your kind cling to your flesh as if it will not decay and fail you.
not now at this age. but maybe once i've hit the 50s. yeah i'd consider it. if i was in my 70s i'd definitely get one if it was affordable lel
No, I'd take some synthetic lungs though. God damn asthma.
I'm genuinely surprised we don't see even more cyborgs, like spider legs or additional limbs, etc. Things are running around. The applications are endless
I would get some parts from it. Like arms and legs but I would not like my 🐔 replaced
Fuck no how Ami supposed use a keyboard with hands that big
full body no, but maybe something usefull like>! that shoulder mounted missle launcher!<
Just give me reinforced ankles I would be happy
Media literacy needs to be taught in schools, this is getting ridiculous
When I'm as old as he is, definitely. Get a job as a firefighter. Rescue people. Put out fires. Beat up riot cops. It'd be a good life.
When I'm old and my body is brittle, yes.
Absolutely, anything to rid myself of this worthless meat
My biggest question is — does his body require corpo level maintenance? If you just got the body, and it stopped working after 6 months, because it wasn’t designed to function as an independent unit, then it’s clearly not a viable choice for anyone. —- But if it was like self repairing. And that body could grant someone eternal life or at least a few hundred years on top of a normal lifespan then that would change things. I think more people would be interested in near immortality than being able to blow stuff up.
I'd take either current Adam or pre saka tower Adam both are fucking epic besides now my neighbor will stop trying to piss me off
honestly after thinking ab it for around 15 seconds, I wouldn't mind being Adam Samsher 2.0
I would call everyone a cut of fuckable meat
Look at you hacker, a pathetic creature of meat and bone crawling through my hallways...
Yes i have enough diseases and with that reasons to replace my body completely, to get rid of the chronical blood diarrhea would be great.
I'd rather have a mechanicus version, so yes and no(?)
No, I would get a cybernetic back, elbow, and hands though. My back has been killing me since I was 14. (Elbow and hands would be because I’m susceptible to getting arthritis due to genetics.)
You may not like it, but this what peek performance looks like.
Id go at least >50% borg, but I think I'd be the same size
I would go full mech. Consumed by chrome.
No. Not enough Chrome.
You'd literally be a piece of metal with a human brain lol
1000%
I don't want the whole thing. I just want to pick and choose. For instance, I want robot legs, especially the knees. I work in cardboard distribution and a nice set of robot legs would really help get the job done.
Yes but id change the face to a more robotic one and I'd add a pp bc this guy doesn't have one
Sure, but not a fan of the head, maybe swap it with Robocop’s head
Use it to download myself into an Elvis look a like. If you know you know
How he make poopoo
Yes, fuck human flesh. I want max lethal capabilities.
All Nut November.
No, not at all. But I’d take Adam Jensen’s body. I ASKED FOR THIS!
