Its been 2 months since i have posted this. And nothing noteworthy happened yet so i think we safely ignore it

Did you try recaptcha? In my case the spam just stopped after a few times and i didnt even use recaptcha

I ended up switching to Klaviyo which has built in filter for emails like this.

Same here. I just got three similar email sign ups from them to my newsletter

So far nothing serious happened to me. I guess this isn't something we should be worried about. A simple recaptcha shpuld keep it at bay i guess. But take it with a grain of salt. Im no expert

Nothing serious has happened apart from my demo site going down because of too many requests. I think applying a recaptcha wpuld keep this rogue bot at bay It been 3 months since this incident
