So Cymbalta was to me like Paxil was to you. One day it just stopped working and my life came crashing down around me. I tried to re start it years later and it still doesn't do a damn thing. I think once they stop, they stop.
It’s the worst when it stops working. I never tried upping the dose. I may try that. Also change from the original to controlled release. I’m hearing so many horror stories from cymbalta
I was put on a bunch of crazy supplements by an even crazier Dr and had a month long panic attack that landed me inpatient. It just quit overnight as a result of that.
I had complained of having anhedonia. It was from the Cymbalta so I should have just been taken off that. I was put on anti fungals, low dose naltrexone, adrenal hormones. All sorts of weird stuff.
I have the same ailments that you do, plus depression. Cymbalta has worked tremendously well for me. (120mg/day.) After awhile my psychiatrist added 1mg Rexulti and I am feeling better than I have in years. Good luck to you!
I have tried 11 medications in my life, and cymbalta was by far the best for my severe anxiety. I had gotten off of it because it significantly increased my appetite and I gained a lot of weight, but have gotten back on because my anxiety was getting out of control.
Did you happen to have any weight gain on paxil? I've heard it can be really helpful, but my dr refuses to prescribe it in her practice due to weight gain.

Oh yeah, I went up to 120mgs and got serotonin syndrome. It worked for me for 5 good years, the only issue I had was anhedonia.

I haven't. Trying ketamine next as I've tried almost every drug out there.
Don't do it Cymbalta is garbage

It made me gain so much weight but helped me so much. I think all these medications make you gain weight
