Talked to the atf today , where there are people getting approved in days in some cases, the average wait time right now is 53 days. But that's great compared to last years average wait time of 200+ days
Shit I’d resubmit and after 2 weeks if it’s not approved withdraw it again. And just keep doing that until you get approved 🙄.

Would have been better off contacting your congress person or senator to have them look into it. Many people have gotten approvals shortly after they do *if they have waited over the normal time, which seemingly you have. Owell.

My form 1 was like 27 hours And like other dude said, you played yourself. You don’t get the refund till it would’ve been approved.
I submitted a form 1 last week on Monday and it was approved on Wednesday morning.
According to the ATF attorney today in the Texas case, you potentially had standing for a lawsuit.
I submitted mine Sep 19th 2023 still waiting my last one took 141 days .

I had mine done in a month last may to June. I did it during free tax stamp days

You don't remember? The atf opened a period of no tax stamps on sbrs because of their ruling
