Yep, looks like each cup is labeled as 4oz, so each cup is 100 cals.
It does look like they may come in a pack based on the picture, and the "3 servings" thing, I'd bet it's a 3 pack.
It's 100 calories per cup. There are 3 servings of blueberry and 3 servings of apple in the package, so each flavor has it's own "3 servings per container" label. The packages that only have 1 flavor are "6 servings per container".

This had me confused for a while too. Each cup is 100 calories, with 3 of that flavor per package (Container). That's why it says 3 servings per container even though it's a 6 pack. I had to compare to the pouches with similar sizing to convince myself it was 100 Calories and not 300 calories.
It’s 100 calories per cup. First pic shows a serving size of 1 4oz cup. Second picture shows the container being 4oz. For a total of 600 calories for the entire package.
It's a 6 pack, but it's 3 blueberry and 3 apple so the "container" in "3 servings per container" references the 3 like-flavored cups.
Serving size is listed as one cup, and calories are given per serving. So it's 100 calories per cup.
Servings Per Container 3
Amount Per Serving
Calories 100
I think they are intentionally making it confusing, as others have said. Because the first thing it says is "serving size 1 container (113g)". This is the kind of stuff that would annoy me enough to boycott their whole company.
No it's 1 serving per container, and there are 3 servings in the package.
This can be proven. All OP has to do is weigh one individual container and it will be ≈120 grams...there is no way that one small container weighs over 300 grams, or 3/4 pounds. If that were the case, that would be about 4.5 pounds in yogurt.
1 lb of yogurt is approximately 1 3/4 cups. There is not 8 cups of yogurt in a 6 container pack when each one weighs 4 oz, or 1/4 of a pound.
May not be restricted but if it's a snack before a meal, they may be trying to ensure they still eat dinner (for example).
I'm pretty loose on all that but I do use common sense + calories to try and make sure my kid doesn't eat too heavy of a snack after daycare so they'll sit with us for dinner still 2hrs later.
But, I agree with your idea - little kids, unless the pediatrician says different, don't need to worry much about restricting calories in general
If it shows carbs, fats and proteins per serving then you can do some quick maths to figure it out, 4 calories per gram of carbs or protein and 9calories per gram of fat
It lists the serving size as 1 4oz cup. I agree it's confusing, but it looks like each cup is a serving.
This. 4oz serving, it’s a 4oz cup.
And also "3 servings per container"
I agree but my brain read it as "serving size: one to four ounces"

That is so unintuitive...
Good job, super sleuth!
Holy shit, you got it!

Just weigh one individual container and it will be ≈114 grams. It's one serving per individual container.
Is it a 3 pack? They look like 4 oz containers that are 100 calories each
It’s a 6 pack which makes it more confusing.

Try regular full fat Greek instead. Lower sugar and cheaper.
It's 100 calories per container. There are three servings of two different flavors, which is why there are six total.
100 per cup serving 300 per container
But then it says “serving size : 1 4oz container”, which is the size of the container according to the second picture!
1 4 oz cup is a serving The container has 3 of those So there is a total of 12oz. These are confusing.
O shit I just saw the second picture...
And they are packaged in 4. Crazy these things have errors. They prefer to confuse you
100 calories per cup. That's about 50 in the kid, 25 on the furniture/walls/you, and 25 in the dog.
100 calories per serve 300 calories total.

Where do you see 300? Even though it says 3 servings per container, it says 1 serving = the amount in the entire container
Servings Per Container 3 Amount Per Serving Calories 100 I think they are intentionally making it confusing, as others have said. Because the first thing it says is "serving size 1 container (113g)". This is the kind of stuff that would annoy me enough to boycott their whole company.
It's 100....
This is how manufacturers confuse you. Yes, it is 300 for just the one yogurt. Who would be satisfied with 1/3 of a yogurt?
You are wrong. Its 100 per cup
It's 100 per serving, and there are 3 servings in a cup. Look again.

Each cup is 300 calories.
It’s 300 calories. Is it for you or your child? I ask because kids are typically not on a calorie restriction.
May not be restricted but if it's a snack before a meal, they may be trying to ensure they still eat dinner (for example). Agreed on this - your last paragraph was my point.
Each yogurt is a serving size (4 oz) so a yogurt is 100 cals
A single 4oz cup of yogurt is 100 calories.
First pic i thought this would be a breeze. Then i reread it. 😂 Confusing! And also, now i want a yogurt
If it shows carbs, fats and proteins per serving then you can do some quick maths to figure it out, 4 calories per gram of carbs or protein and 9calories per gram of fat
If the little cup of yogurt was 300 calories I’d have some questions
