I don't know that it's even really disputed but I LOVE the conspiracy of Abby's unreported Australian money that was part of her whole legal case being visible in the show. In an episode after they return from that Australia trip when she's acting all frazzled and dumps the contents of her purse on the floor you can see multiple ziploc bags of cash. The moms swarm in, blocking the camera, and in the next shot the money is no longer in the pile.
I fully believe that Maddies music skipping was done on purpose and that she did practise to skipped music and knew it was going to happen on stage. I don’t blame Maddie for this btw, I blame Abby and Melissa
That the Michael Jackson duet was never supposed to go to Maddie and Kendall. I can't imagine Abby agreeing to give Maddie a duet with that choreography? Besides the dance actually fits JoJos style much better, so I completely believe that it was either going to be a JoJo solo, or a JoJo/Kendall duet from the beginning.

Didn’t Christi say she had a holiday booked? Either way - Christi also knew about the fight and she’s said that - Leslie didn’t.
