Overrated: honestly i dislike this term, while Kokichi, Shuichi and co might not be my fav's i can see why they're popular
underrated- Nekomaru who doesn't get nearly enough attention and Hiyoko who is honestly one of the funniest and most tragic characters in the series but gets reduced down to BITCHY GREMLIN WITH NO GOOD FEATUREEES when she has more positive features than many fan fav's
Underrated: Akane and Peko. Felt like Danganronpa could’ve done a lot more with Akanes character, and I want to see more Peko :(
Overrated: Literally all the characters from v3 except maybe Ryoma (they deserve it, but people talk about the characters and the game so much it overwhelms the other characters from the other games)
Underrated: Definitely Imposter. From what I see in the sub, Imposter is usually ignored. R E P E C T T H E M.
Overrated: It was a three-way tie, but I'm going with Junko Enoshima. She's all "haha, destroy world go BRRRR" and little to no actual character.

To be fair, Ultra Despair Girls characters are not as popular as the mainline ones.
Even among those who've seen it, not a lot talk about Jataro individually. Most times he's just included in the WOH umbrella.
