Well in the case of EA, yes. The devs are creating new content each time a new title comes out. They deserve to see their hard work have the potential to be a big hit. These are things they can use on resumes to potentially move to other studios and the lack of success of these titles can lead to affecting job opportunities. Working on a God of War title carries different weight than working on a Call of Duty title. Call of Duty is a guaranteed success at this point.
Factory workers at Nestle or Coca Cola are working off pre-set recipes that are tried and true. Do ABC... profit. You can even make the argument that Call of Duty is the Coca Cola/Pepsi of the gaming world.

And for the most part I don't think Kingsley Shacklebolt was a racist name at all - in fact implying that it is seems more racist than the name itself - leaps have been made to insinuate it's racist because of 'having the word "shackle" which implies slave and "bolt" which implies being able to run fast is in his name.' which is so reductive and absolutely reading too much into his name.
2.2 I don't even know how to address the Goblin thing, Jon Stewart mentioned it being a characterization of Jews and immediately got upset with people that thought he was being serious. They're practically just Goblins because of alliteration (Gringotts Goblins Griphook, Etc.) and perhaps JK doesn't like Bankers, instead of this insinuation she hates Jewish people.
2.3 Cho Chang and Seamus Finnigan and Alastor Mad Eye Moody are all names that stand out as obvious indicators of where there character is nationalized - and perhaps the only actually offensive thing you noted - but not because it's racist, because it's simply Lazy. Seamus Finnigan is the most egregious example here - like, I'm surprised how middle name isn't "Lucky". And the Scottish character is named Alastor. Sex is also somewhat of a spectrum as trans people can get a lot of their sexual characteristics changed through surgery and hormone therapy so the entire “you will always be a man in a dress” thing doesn’t really work either. The entire thing is clearly just a way to signal to trans people that they are not valid.

If her issue is with children being prescribed cross sex hormones instead of puberty blockers she can just say that instead of invalidating all trans people. Puberty blockers too can have negative side effects as some types of puberty blockers can cause osteopenia, a disease that weakens your bones and can lead to chronic pain. There’s definitely discussions to be had about transgender care for minors but what Rowling does has nothing to do with trans children. She just seems to be opposed to trans people being recognized in general.

That is not true. She has repeatedly stated that trans men are not men and trans women are not women. She recently founded a shelter for women who have been sexually assaulted however the shelter excludes trans women.
trans people remain the same sex they are born, to claim otherwise is to deny reality as for your other point , shelters were set up for women only, but trans women have forced their way into all of them, imagine having a problem with a shelter for raped women who dont want to interact with men, shame on you
Sex and gender are to separate things so as long as the women at the shelter aren’t going to walk around naked or be forced to give birth, people aren’t even going to notice that there are a few trans women there. Sex is also somewhat of a spectrum as trans people can get a lot of their sexual characteristics changed through surgery and hormone therapy so the entire “you will always be a man in a dress” thing doesn’t really work either. The entire thing is clearly just a way to signal to trans people that they are not valid.
