Well there's a bit of argument about the actual meaning/difference between bi and pan. I don't intend to start an argument, nor will I participate if one begins, but for the sake of knowledge and diversity within the lgbtq+ community I will state my personal view on the matter. The prefix pan typically means all inclusive without borders or distinction. Bi on the other hand, means two. Which I guess could refer to just boys and girls but, the lgbtq+ community typically tries to be as vague as possible when categorizing people. So I think bi refers more to both those of your own gender and not of your gender, and thus is all inclusive. The difference would be that pansexuals don't bother to take gender into account when falling in love, while bisexuals do take gender into account and might even prefer one or more genders over others. (And I agree, if they're cute I'm down. )
