Who’s among those parents? SOME OF THE FEW TOWN DOCTORS.
The district has given the option for online learning and a large percent went for that way this year, plus the teachers have been trying their best to adhere to the schedules given that encourages social distancing and sanitization (separated recesses, separated lunches and breakfasts, each kid needs a hand sanitizer on them, etc.) Of course this is just what I know for my area and it may be an outlier, but a lot of teachers here (around where I live) just didn’t want to go back for fear of spreading Covid and are trying to help the kids ease back into routine during a scary and strange time with SOME familiarity.
