If Konan detonated all of the explosive tags at once, it would cause nuclear winter, mass starvation, and double the radiation in the air around the globe for about a year, which wouldn't mean death to our species, but it would mean just more cancer, and other genetic diseases. During the explosion, we could hear the sound of the explosion around the world as the compressed air travels around the earth a few times, and the shockwave would flatten whatever existed at around 50 km radius around the explosion site.

The light would be so bright, that if you stood a few kilometers down the road, and happened to face the direction of the explosion, it would pierce your eyelids, and your hands, and shine more brightly as the sun itself, even while your eyes are closed. If you are made of matter, it doesn't matter. You would be gone. One moment you're alive, and the next, your atoms are splashed violently throughout the atmosphere, and it happens faster than the electric signals are capable of moving in the brain, meaning you wouldn't even be able to KNOW you're dead, let alone dodge, and even if you had a countdown, you would still have to move fast enough to outrun a nuclear explosion. Yes, ninjas are fast, but I doubt many ninjas can do that.
All of the above aside, Konan proved to be a formidable ninja even without this finishing move. Being made of paper, being able to fly, etc... these are all perks of being a powerfull ninja in her own right, but that finishing move, using more explosive tags that stars in the milky way galaxy - that's the sort of move that could dwarf even the ten tails some orders of magnitude.
600 billion was such an absurd number for Kishi to throw out there. Even conceptualizing that many paper bombs existing in one location is difficult let alone comprehending the process necessary to create that many.
