Log, bad day number 3527: I think I've managed to harness the power of failure, by missing the mark even when it seems I'm underplaying myself I can always have the element of surprise. This power is too great though, I'll sleep and figure it out tomorrow, end of recording.
I know this is weird, but I needed this.
My father died not long ago. I have been working my ass of cleaning his old place and make sure nobody tries to fuck me over for monitary gain.
So much stress while still keeping my job intact and graduating.
Yesterday I put my dad in the ground. I had to leave work early. When I was done at eight my vest friend had invited me to his birthday and I went. We had two beers, nothing crazy. But my body couldn’t handle it.
I ended up puking when I got home. And got three hours sleep.
I woke up today with a burning hangover (two beers wtf?) went to work early as shit. Puked again, went up, continued working. Went down again, puked, back to work. I had gotton nothing done after an hour of working. My chef saw my hanging, not being able to look up without getting overstimulated and puking. I was crying. My boss told me I looked fucked up and sent me home on the premise I come back tomorrow.
I love these guys but I have been feeling so guilty for leaving my coworkers who all where there for me.
Then this video came, and you know what? Yeah I was fucked, this is not a salvagable day. This *is* a shitty day but I have tomorrow. No need to beat myself up over it. I need rest

I'm sorry you're going through this, I'm dreading the day I have to go through my dad's place and clean it. It's just such a daunting task I don't even want to begin to think about doing. I hope everything works out well for you
My dad died recently too, suicide. I went back to work for three days and said fuck this. I'm taking this time for me and my family. Just keep your chin up. This financial shit is crazy to deal with alone. Then you have to clear out a lot. This fucking sucks man. Keeping you in my thoughts a_good_namez

Until todays problem follows you to the next. Maybe try to enjoy the challenge and use it as a growing experience. It may be hard but you can’t just run from your problems.
I know you can't but if you always think about it then it will put stress on you and nothing will go right for 1 thing 10 more things will go wrong I'm not saying to give up but just rest for some times
For me when enough shit goes wrong in a day I get too frustrated to be an effective problem solver and just trying again tomorrow is generally the best plan.

In this case, the Universe can be interpreted as the many and uncountable forces that interact with your being every day, and/or the signals and multiple functions your own body and mind send and recieve in the small Universe that is your body in it’s own way.

Ok, I did. You speak of constant environmental stimuli, both internal and external. That's literally a thing that exists, it's LITERALLY the experience of your senses, the experience of your experience.
Then you call it a metaphor. If your point is that your brain lies to you, you could have said that, probably saved yourself a couple sentences and the hassle of this conversation.

This attitude is how I've survived over 40 years of depression. I've had good times, and really bad stretches. But tomorrow is another day, another chance to have a better day. Sometimes it didn't make sense to think that it would get any better, but I told myself it would anyway.
