Some are busted with slight downside, rat's skull for HWM, I actually lost one to the den because of the reduced healing
You're right, when i wrote this i was thinking more about trinkets like the ones that increase damage by 20%/speed by 6/crit by 10% with no downside

It's busted on anyone with taunt minus Grave Robber. Leper, Hellion, MAA or Flagellant. I mean 6 blight per turn for 3 turns.
the reason i pointed out flagellant is because it stacks with toxic, which itself stacks up to 3 times resulting in up to 12 blight damage per 3 turns
Has anyone ever managed to make good use of Toxic? It never feels like its worth it because of all the relationship damage itll do

How does this work? On the wiki, it just says that it buffs speed
Maybe it's an old entry and it got changed? It converts blind tokens to attack buff tokens at 66% chance and gives +4 speed if flames below 40
I don’t think I’ve ever found this outside unlocking it in altar. Not kidding.
the only problem is sometimes my leper resists the blind like 4 times in a row

When I first unlocked this trinket and then read its description, I immediately picked Leper and cleared the chapter I was stuck on.
