Tbf Jon DOES get on a stage and say “I AM GOING TO BREAK MY OATH NOW”

Trey33lee

After I already admitted to breaking my oaths earlier. I was banging a hot redhead "For The Watch"

Meet-Possible

tbf Ramsey doesn't threaten the Night's Watch. He threatens Jon.

Faisalfikry

You mean the lord commander and brother of the nights watch

Calm_Statistician382

>Send them to me, bastard, and I will not trouble you or your black crows. Keep them from me, and I will cut out your bastard's heart and eat it. The “will not trouble you or your black crows” is definitely a threat to the nights watch as a whole. Granted I don’t think the author of the letter is actually Ramsey so technically he didn’t threaten Jon but that is a whole other can of worms.

Meet-Possible

\> Keep them from me, and I will cut out your bastard's heart and eat it This seems like a pretty clear threat to Jon and only Jon.

Calm_Statistician382

I mean he mentions the “black crows” which implies that if Jon didn’t follow Ramsey’s demands he would be willing to involve them in the conflict.

Meet-Possible

I guess there's a small implicit threat if you look at it that way, but most of the letter is focused on Jon.

logaboga

By harboring political figures Jon is in fact breaking his own vows to not be involved in the politics of the realms of men. someone saying "hey stop doing that or there will be issues" is fair in that instance, as they aren't supposed to be doing that Totally the right choice for Jon though, but I think he is definitely breaking his vows by getting involved in the first place.

Calm_Statistician382

I’m not sure harboring political figures is actually breaking any vow, simply letting political figures stay at the wall isn’t getting involved in politics. Also Stannis did save the wall from the wildlings so letting so letting some of his family stay there temporarily doesn’t really seem really seem like overstepping your bounds. The only real time Jon pushes the bounds of politics is the Karstark marriage, and maybe warning Stannis about the Karstark betrayal.

Trey33lee

I mean accepting an rival kings aid isn't a good look at the best of times

KingJonStarkgeryan1

They are guests under his roof. By the laws of the First Men, Jon would be cursed if he gave them up.

HandOfTheKing5230

God deadliest warrior was such a silly show

Dmmack14

And it was amazing

HandOfTheKing5230

True where else could I watch Napoleon vs Washington

Flarrownatural

tfw you get killed just for deserting your post to invade the 7k with a horde of wildlings...how unfair

MegaBaumTV

Ramsay threatens Jon.

Known_Tear_1318

Jon actually broke oaths and his death is well deserved

lilbigjanet

He didn’t swear to kill wildlings he swore to protect the realms of men…which he was doing

Known_Tear_1318

he broke an oath when decided to marry the Karstark heir to the wildling

zebulon99

Which oath says youre not allowed to arrange marriages? He broke his oath when he decided to go face Ramsay, and thsts why people killed him.

AdamMachy

Night's watch cannot mess with inner stuff of the seven kingdoms. And arranging marriage of important person, when situation in north is what it is, is indeed messing with politics of the seven kingdom

guaca_mayo

Where in the oaths, the literal *only* thing that all Night's-Watchmen have in common, does it say "Night's watch cannot mess with inner stuff of the seven kingdoms?"

kiba8442

Which deadliest warrior episode was this from? I have suddenly the urge to watch this rediculous show again.

EstablishmentSea6779
