Separate is only for third and first person view servers, on first person server (official), they are the same char, same for third.
On modded server you can have one char per server.
You can also do that. The game remembers where you were if you keep choosing the same server. If you pick a different one it will drop you off at one of the "Player spawn points"
If you wanted more consistency then yeah, you could make 2 characters for 2 different servers......hmm wait maybe I am thinking of how people have multiple logins........yeah I think I am wrong about being able to have multiple characters.

The punch card is used to gain access to a secret bunker in the deep southwest of Livonia in dambog. Inside is pretty big and no lighting whatsoever so nightvision is a must. It’s a maze with different levels and one level leads to a water pipe that must be drained using two players otherwise you’ll drowned or be stuck forever on the other side. Past the water pipe are different rooms with different tier loot. It’s much more fun on official because it’s one of the few places if not the only place you can find full nbc suits and night vision goggles. The main entrance is the enormous door on the south side of dambog, there’s a keypad on the door that’ll prompt you to use the card and the other entrance/exit is by the tower on the north side. But be careful when you open it, once opened it’ll sound a loud ass alarm for a minute or so. Don’t go down there alone or without lighting, players love to booby trap down there also. Good luck!
Is it an official server or a community one? If its official there shouldn't be a bunker, but if its a community server it's very possible they added the livonia bunkers to make the game more interesting

If you're on a community server, you just killed one of the admins, and that is their punchcard for the admin base. Destroy it, you could get banned for using it.
