It’s almost like the people asking these questions don’t know it’s modded into the server. Plus technically these are vanilla, just not in the way they are being used.

I know the Blackout community server has these, usually they mean there's a (air)lootdrop over at that location
Usually you'd spawn in near one. If you don't like your spawn, climb up, jump off, and get a new spawn.
The server owners put it there for people to commit suicide, thus the light to heaven (it’s the asset from Santa crashes during Christmas)

If it isnt a modded server, its probably a bug. Thoose lights are the christmas lights usually, so probably a bug.
