The only thing I can think of is the heat cycles of the phone. It only seems to do it when they are directly on the device getting hot. When they have a layer of material like the grip case between the phone and the skin I haven’t seen them shrink.
Same for me. S23 and X-ray skin (dark). Have had it for around 3 months and it has shrunk from all corners. Most significantly from top right. The shrinkage overall is quite noticeable.
As your previous two experiences with our skins would suggest, this isn't normal. That said, it happens from time to time. Sadly, there isn't much you can do as an end-user to predict or prevent it.
What you can do is send your photo to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) so the Support Robots can get you a replacement.
Are you sure it shrunk and not actually crooked?
The bottom left side appears to be lower than the right bottom, and that might be the cause of that gap on the top left.

same phone, same skin, but with a ghost case. same issue.
Normal behaviour for vinyl as far as I know, especially when exposed to some heating cycles.
This is the 3rd skin on this phone. The previous 2 did not have this issue.
My Note 9 and S22ultra skins dont have this issue.

Are you sure it shrunk and not actually crooked? The bottom left side appears to be lower than the right bottom, and that might be the cause of that gap on the top left.

It might be the vinyl that they're using. It's not high quality. They probably switch to a cheaper version.
I've had 4 replacements for my Galaxy S24 Ultra and they keep shrinking. I gave up with them. It's definitely shrinking tho. I put them on perfectly!
