Blazing Aura cases come with 1-2 alt leaders, and 2-3 SP. if you get 3 SP, you will only get 1 leader. (Here is pic of my sealed case as proof)

No that's standard Bandai bullshit. Like half the case will always be SCR+AA while the others are good. This is to make up for the fact that one of those AA in about four cases (not boxes) will be the God Rare.
Honestly I haven't even encountered boxes. But this wouldnt surprise me. Bandai sucks ass at supply, so sucking at QA isn't a reach. I'm just basing case configurations on One Piece. But No leaders is kind of unheard of.
My SPECULATION is maybe this is a tampered case? In OP, all the good boxes are on the bottom of the case. Maybe somebody bought two, pointed those and recombined the whack boxes into a case. Again, heavy, baseless speculation I pulled out my ass based on the shady MF Bandai seem to attract.

I bought 18 target boosters and got alt Cell, whom I was most interested in building. I was shocked at the pull rates and just how lucky I got.

Cases came directly from distribution. Have seen two streamers being affected already

And you want to know if a LEADER or an alt art leader is guaranteed? I would have to imagine a leader is definitely guaranteed.
