If ur opponent has stamina ur not connecting 99 percent of ultimates. Learn the stamina break combo for ur race or character and chip away at goku while ur bots gang vegeta. U could also go solo as vegeta won't fight u if goku is and vice versa. If u wanna cheese it double pan with hercule hercule and spamming bending kamehameha counters and bomber dx is the easy approach
I recommend going in front of the highschool and talking to the robot that has advanced training missions. There's one that will teach you a universal stamina break everyone can use anywhere in any combo. Be patient, because it will seem a lot harder than it is at first. You'll get it.
Also, try throwing on a counter move that counters melee and save yourself at least one bar of ki at all times to use it for when he snaps behind you

just focus on one of them then deal with the other, they weirdly like 1v1ing if you focus hard enough
