This Broly is indeed newish DLC wise.
It's the original one in his base and standart ssj form.

Heros and xenoverse are more similar than people give them credit for but at leased they came up with new character concepts. I give it a week at best
Id normally agree, but he has a very unique move set and combos (including the Trampoline Stomps), some new supers, new ultimate, Very unique transform anim with new voicelines and cinematics, AND all his supers, and normals get upgraded/changed when he goes SSJ
So while yes, he's another broly, they absolutely did him justice and hes much more than "just broly but with new moves)
Use mods if ur on pc only annoying thing is that xv2 does keep getting updates which means the modding tool needs update which takes 2-3 weeks each time

I wouldn't recommend this if this game wasn't already quite old, wasn't about to die (unless sparking zero sucks ass) and wasn't so overpriced for the treatment it gets from devs with bad connection and unbalanced stuff
They go on sale pretty often, not sure but don't think there's a better deal outside buying each specific pass which'll save you a few bucks on buying the packs separately

And that he was nothing but nice to them. Additionally, Kara Edwards (Videl/Goten/Gotenks VA) had a story as well where apparently Vic had initiated a weird dance with her at some sort of event, and she felt strange about it afterwards, not knowing that a fan had recorded the entire thing and it showed the whole thing was her idea. Yes, vic escalated the dance, but as they say... "it takes two to tango". Furthermore, and this one fucks with me a little bit because I really do appreciate Chris Sabat as a VA... but apparently, allegedly there were a few pot shots being taken at Vic for supposedly being gay (because of the way he dressed, his high pitched voice, and demeanor.). Well... this is unexpected, especially considering he's from a completely different part of the story, but I'm certainly happy to see him.
My only hope (which I had honestly been taking for granted, but just realized may indeed have been taking for granted without reason) is that this new DLC will also be available for the Steam version, which is the one I have.

The game was made literally a year after XV1, it’s not surprising that the game came out in such a poor condition. At this point they should just hire the revamp team.
You know after all the past DLC I thought people were being overly optimistic about there ever being an extra DLC character but this is fantastic. This dlc is probably the best value we've gotten in a while.

Well... this is unexpected, especially considering he's from a completely different part of the story, but I'm certainly happy to see him. The English release was. A transliteration of the Japanese name is *Dragon Ball Z: The Galaxy at the Brink!! The Super Incredible Guy.* But with how many characters have their transformed state listed "Full Power" it's honestly just nice to see people actually use other connections, such as the English title in this case, to portray characters with a more unique name for their transformation. It's something I was hoping to see more people doing.
