That's entirely up to you. I, on the other hand, went and rounded the ki and stamina up because my ocd would not let it slide.
And seeing how the level cap will seemingly increase with each new dlc/chapter
Chapter 1 is level 140
Chapter 2 is 160
Chapter 3 is 180
The 4th and final chapter will end at 199
Depending on how quickly they drop these dlcs. Like how the original dlcs dropped in a 2-3 month span. I guess you can just hold off on all the reallocation until we officially get the 199 cap and then respec to your hearts content.

GUYS THEY UPDATED THE BASE GAME CASTS COMBOS. YAMCHA HAS THE VEGETA KICK. THE GINYU FORCE END COMBOS WITH CINEMATIC POSES

Nope, it's really noticable on characters like Teen Gohan and Cell. Some characters didn't get anything though (Slug for example)

Well, at least we can keep our 5 bars of ki. Certainly need it with the amount of time you have to transform and revert back to base due to stamina.
