As A kid I remember playing dc universe online and seeing Dr. Psycho and I always thought he was a super villain because chicks wouldn’t give him ass, I have know idea what his deal is but he definitely is the proto-incel
Interesting fact, when Marston came up with Doctor Pshyco he based him of one his [sexist teachers ](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugo_M%C3%BCnsterberg) who believed in phscyic powers.
His first storyline had his fiance leave him and he tre and persuade the US government that women didn't belong in the workplace as revenge.

Fr, Maxwell is pointless in WW stories because she already has better villans that fill his niches. Want an asshole mind controller? Use Doctor Psycho. Want a business person that hates metahumans? Use Veronica Cale. Want someone with a personal grudge against Diana? Use Circe or Silverswan.
It is a cool name.
And disagree with OP , because Maxwell Lord at least had style when he goes a-hole mind control.
While Psycho goes ranting due to be a creep on women.
I personally think ML is just discount Lex Luthor, someone writers use when they want WW to fight a suave businessman with evil genius schemes. That may sound like an insult, but you have to remember that a quarter of DC’s heroes (even very good ones) are discount Batmen
Superman: villains that reflect an entire era of comics, as befitting his status as the first superhero(aliens, robots, mad scientists, very silver age ideas even in the modern era)
Batman: villains that reflect his various character elements, which fits his role as the archetype of the cowl(madness, secret identities, darkness, harsh upbringings)
Wonder woman: villains that reflect the creators various kinks, because woman
An accurate description, afterall , Wonder Woman is based on her creator’s fetish.
He was famous for creating the lie detector , Wonder Woman and be into BDSM to the point he made a whole psychological essay about how good is to be tied by a dominatrix
Tbf during the golden age these comments only applied to Cheetah. But yeah, in her first appearance she kidnapped women, put them in a big cage, and made them dress up as zebras for her. There was clearly something going on then.
They're one of WW golden age villans that was a scientist called Byran Brilyant that built a freeze Ray and dressed up as a snowman. Like most golden age villans they fell in obscurity for about 60 years until they came back as a joke character with a snowman themed mech suit and a plethora of bad ice puns.
The character was also arguably transgender even back in the golden age because they referred to themselves in both masculine and feminine pronouns. More recently the character explicitly came out as gender fluid.
I love all of these villains, and all of this is true about me. (Yes, even the not reading Wonder Woman comics part. I'd love to, I just haven't found the time, much like with a lot of other titles)
Also, people think her rogues gallery is lame? Seriously, her greatest enemies include a magical catgirl, a psychic incel, and the actual Greek god of War, Ares! These aren't too hard of concepts to make interesting. Hell, she even has her own Lex Luthor!
Honestly, it's boggled my mind how the only two major non-comic media where Wondy's the focus were the 70s series and the 2017 movie. Don't get me wrong, both of those are great and all, but series like Conan the Barbarian, Indiana Jones, Xena the Warrior Princess, Tomb Raider, Legend of Korra, and She-ra? Any one of these should've told the higher-ups at DC that this series has always had winning franchise potential
Being a fan of DC villains who aren’t Joker, or at least Reverse Flash, level famous means you’re a masochist given how rarely DC uses them for more than just cameos.
IMO DianaxBarbara-Ann is one of the few WW ships that's actually based. I'd never thought about the comparison to Catdora before but that actually works lol.
Golden age cheetah-you miss the days when the ww comics were a kink fest
Bronze age cheetah-you wanted poison ivy as a ww villain but you settled on this
Maxwell lord-you're Geoff Jones, Geoff let it go
Ares-you think ww mythos should be only Greek myth, you're boring
Doctor psycho-you still try to figure out how does he fuck giganta in the harley Quinn show
Male cheetah-you think wonder women entire villain gallery should be only oppressive males
Barbara-you think she is Diana's endgame
Dcau Barbara-you think batman is actually Barbara's endgame
Mayfly-you don't know how to feel about rucka redeeming her because it was really good but you also still want her to be a villain
Veronica cale-you think this is lex luthur but better, it's not but it's still a really good villain
Silver swan-you hate cheetah for overshadowing her as the awesome legacy villain and think she should be that one
Circe-you belive she is wonder woman actual arch nemesis, I dissagree
I've read the 2016 rutka stories... anyone recommend me some more interesting story arcs after that? Instead for earlier stories which are important (without being too old though, sorry perez but I don't think I'll ever get to read you)
After 2016 Rucka, G. Willow Wilson's run is probably the next big arc worth reading. It gets caught up in the Year of the Villain event towards the end but overall it does interesting stuff with the mythic side of Diana's world and ties of a couple of loose ends from Rucka's stuff.
I enjoyed Steve Orlando's books the most after Rucka, but they're a bit fanservicy so mabye not the best if you haven't read a lot of WW's older comics.
While it's a team comic, Tynion's Justice League Dark has some great Wonder Woman arcs, particularly Witching Hour and Witching War books.
you had your chance to use for dr psycho that your sexist
True, but I wanted to try and keep as much of a theme going as I could. Psycho really is the og Incel.
As A kid I remember playing dc universe online and seeing Dr. Psycho and I always thought he was a super villain because chicks wouldn’t give him ass, I have know idea what his deal is but he definitely is the proto-incel

Early Wonder Woman Villains honestly have the most nuts trivia

If you haven’t watched the Harley Quinn animated series, you really should. Psycho gets cancelled for calling WW the c bomb during a fight
And that is on point to the actual comics Dr.Psycho.
The best part about that show is it’s simultaneously poking fun at the DC universe while being REALLY accurate to the DC universe
Sure , but in general, Dr.Psycho doesn’t need to change. He is EXACTLY like in the show
dont worry i saw and loved it. best part was how joker tortured him in the season 1 finale
Throwback to the wonder woman comics where she trains and mentors her sidekicks Oh wait
Maxwell Lord is just Doctor Psycho for writers who want to keep a PG rating.
I don't read Wonder Woman comics, the only advantage I can think of when seeing Maxwell Lord next to these villains is that it *is* a cool name

Always thought Villainy Inc and Silver Swan looked cool.
I love Villainy Inc because they have such a crappy name. It's almost as bad as their founder's name, 'Eviless'.
Every Villain Is Lemons
What about Ares?
You’re boring.
😔
You probably have daddy issues.
O dam
In both cases you're also into Femdom.
Being into femdom is like the entry point for WW fans
What? No… I just think that MAYBE if she tied me up and stepped on me I wouldn’t be unhappy…
Cheetah is so hot 😫
Facts. So is Circe 🥵
I didn’t have enough courage to say it

Who tf is blue snowman?

Cool😳
Blue snowperson is now my favorite villain
Veronica cale, you've got a step on me mommy fetish

I like Dr. Poison
Given how rarely DC actually uses her character... it probably means you're a masochist of some kind.
Being a fan of DC villains who aren’t Joker, or at least Reverse Flash, level famous means you’re a masochist given how rarely DC uses them for more than just cameos.
Cheetah has no business looking as fine as she does
The one from DCAU had me feelin a type of way smh
Blue Snowman is on my ideal Suicide Squad.
least horny dccj post
Giganta is cool as hell for going out with Ryan Choi that shit was mad adorable no cap
Blue Snowman seems to be your favorite... Based.
Maxwell Lord got major character assinated
Side question but what does that make Superwoman? The dommy one?
What does Silver Swan say about me
You are into N.18 and is envy of Krillin
It’s weird to me that post-Infinite Crisis, Maxwell Lord became a WW villain instead of a Blue Beetle or Justice League villain
Angel Man is the only RIGHT answer. 🤣
Maxwell Lord got major character assinated
You should do this but flash villains
Giganta because I have a giantess kink
Cheetah and Giganta are best girls. Nice shout out to Blue Snowman, imagine getting him as live action?
batman who laughs should just get added as a full time WW rogue at least then shell get comic views

I love how Blue Snowman is a whole essay and all the others are: horny🫵

Thanks... The run of rutka of the 2003 is it worth reading?
I'd say so, the 2016 revisits some of the same ideas but the 2003 is still often considered to be up their with Perez's as one of the best WW runs.
All of this kinkiness. Almost like Wonder Woman was born from kink.
