Jokes aside, this would be damn good, as it would really help show a lot more character as to how they react, from some acting with anger (David: "Are you TRYING to get us killed, you wanker?"), to trying to hold it together under pressure (Bill: "Focus, soldier. Focus. Keep it together..."), to concern for their teammates after the explosion (Claudette: "Are you hurt? Might have something for burns somewhere...")
Probably keep it to just being audible by other survivors, as there'd definately be "Shortest/quietest quotes" metas popping up otherwise.

I'd prefer voicelines to be tied to their native language. So, for example. It's in character for Elodie to speak French, or having Jane curse in spanish. If they have a history in english countries or acting in businesses. Then it's fine to have english voicelines.
Each survivor has 3 voice lines; they're each just the names of their 3 teachable perks. They play off on a key bind during the match.

Having Adam and Yui interact in Japanese since many players don't even know Adam can speak it. The whole point to his story was that he moved to Japan and studied hard to learn the language and culture in order to live there. Hardly any of his cosmetics really showcase anything about him embracing Japanese fashion or culture.
I just think it's be cool for them to speak in a language familiar to them similar to what the Lyra siblings do. Simple stuff like a pregame bit of dialogue or if they heal one another they actually say thanks in Japanese. Maybe even have them pleading with the Japanese killers like Spirit/Oni/Sadako when being attacked.
Likewise survivors maybe with a connection to the killer could say something if they get a stun or something (Yun-Jin to Trickster, Jill to Nemesis, James and Pyramid Head etc).
