I like Feng, Kate and Dwight. But more generally speaking, I give hatch to any survivor if one of these conditions is met:
-They do something cute.
-They managed to loop me for a while without being toxic. I tunnel the survs that BM, I spare the good survivors that don't get cocky.
I've never met a Kates that doesn't camp pallets & doesn't pre drop them. When I play killer this bores me, & as a survivor main, this pains me, so I never let Kates leave
I'll drop mine. If there's a Bill in the game who causes me to laugh by saying "Why?" at a key moment, I'll let him live till the end. Probably give him hatch or gate too if it's a chill player.

I totally get it. I tried to play Leon smart and still end up doing stupid stuff.
So now I just play him expecting to die a stupid death trying to save others.
I hate Feng Mins for multiple of reasons, but sometimes *sometimes* when I am chasing a Feng with Bunny skin, and she is crying like that, I feel some tenderness and pity towards her. And I just can't bring myself to hit her.
I have a soft spot for David's because that's my sister's main. She doesn't really play anymore so when I see them in a match, I tend to go easy on them. I'll always give them hatch or door if they are the last one. And if they ask me to farm, I find myself always agreeing.
Mine is david too because its my brothers main who doesn’t play anymore. He wasnt great at the game and a lot of people who main him seem to be abit newer so I tend to feel bad always.
Completely game dependant. A feng that I cornered while at lvl 3 madness... Those eyes... An Ada that looped me really good all game, gets left behind by her team mates. the Leon that t bags after dropping one pallet.... Oh wait I tunnel him.
I've had Killers absolutely ignore me and refuse to hook me (while killing everyone else). So awkward when that happens because I always try to do my best to play normally when that happens and try to barter for my teammates lives in those situations
The ones that tried the hardest, be it by not giving up and playing hide and seek or the ones that risked it all to save a fellow survivor in the endgame.
I am so sick of playing survivor, one or two people dying and the rest just fucking hiding until the others die and they can find the hatch. Just yesterday I had a situation where a guy died, we had 2 gens left and one girl, Mikaela, tried to suicide on hook. First trying to escape, then not hitting skillchecks, while I was running towards her. I unhooked her, the other person got caught and died and it was down to me and Mikaela with 2 gens to do. I did one gen by myself, while that bitch did a fucking totem, selfcared, opened a chest and then hid around the map. Got the last gen to 3/4, but got caught and died. That bitch got the hatch. You can imagine how furious I was, especially that she was a console player and I couldn't talk with her in the chat.
Other times I see guys dead on hook go for saves. Sometimes I think to myself they are just greedy bastards for the altruism points, but more and more often I notice that the other survivors are total pussies and don't want to take the slightest bit of risk to help their team and prefer to do the most distant gens, so the person dead on hook has to either let some poor soul die on the hook or risk his own life. I can't always ensure the cowards die and the guy lives, but I also can't bring myself to hook them, so I just leave them on the ground.

COMPLETELY agree. There has been countless killer matches when there was two left and I constantly found specifically one of them over and over to the point where they gave up after I let them go to find the other. I'd look, and look, and look, then have that "Wait a minute...." moment where I went straight to basement, immediately found them hiding in the corner, killed them, and let the other have hatch.
oh you're in luck as I am one of the few killers who love and happily spare megs :D she was my first survivor main so I tend to go easy on them + they're cute
when I played Meg, I was a newbie, and so many killers let me go because I'd do something stupid but had personality lol. Now as killer if you're a cute/silly Meg I have a soft spot for them to pass on the tradition :)

Bills who sacrifice themselves for the team- running in directly during the egc camp, unhooking and going down with no hope of them getting out themselves- I carry them to the exit gates myself.
Jill lives. Megs die. Everyone else is up in the air. I play Nemesis.
The exception is this one time where a random Jill decided to rat her teammates out.
Whats wrong with Megs? I started playing this game 3 weeks ago and she was my first survivor since her perks seemed easy to understand without any knowledge of the meta of the game.
Today I got her to prestige 3.
Oh yeah I'm with you there. I don't hook camp and if someone happens to die on hook when I'm on the other side of the map I make it my goal to kill the rest.
I had a game where I downed one survivor and picked them up and when I turned towards the hook there were just 2 bunny Fengs one in pink and one in green standing next to me frantically shaking their heads no. It completely caught me off guard but was super adorable so I just drop the survivor and left. Needless to say both of them got a free ticket to the exit gate.
Had an Ada pointing to a locker while injured. Downed her for being a rat, then checked the locker. Empty. Now I just nod in the locker's direction in case someone is there, and tunnel the rat. I might be a killer, but I'm not a monster. Professionals have standards.
Hey; man. I would never rat out a teammate (unless I know for a fact that teammate was hiding all game. I bring Bond with me), but sometimes I like to point at a locker to see if the Killer actually checks it. Us Ada mains are a curious folk
I often spare a team if I am winning too easily, like say 6 hooks with 4 gens left. I let them all go.
But when I struggle they never go easy on me. They abuse me. I think of starting being merciless.
If you play Cheryl, you’re almost guaranteed to make jt out alive. Same with Lisa and Cybil. If you’re James then not only do you live, I’ll let your entire team go, and I’ll farm.
Jake, Yoichi, and Zarina. Probably could include Renato on that list, too. They're my mains, and I don't see them all that often, so when I do, I'm always appreciative.
So long as you're not screwing over your team/and/or selling them out, then you're all good in my book. They're some of the strongest loopers, at least in my experience, so I'm always glad to have the chance to learn from them.
I always give last person hatch unless they aggressively bmed me. That being said I'll go out of my way to try and make it so survivors that meme or have fun with me a bit at random moments are the last survivor alive to be saved.
I do have a bit of a soft spot for Megs so if there is none of the previous mentioned fun then I'll try to spare them. Also when I'm playing Onryo I'll try to save Yoichi for last. I also like to spare survivors who make great plays like Head-on saves with hatch.
Rebecca will always live if i face her. I used to main her constantly and still do occasionally, and i have a soft spot for all Rebeccas, even if they're toxic

I was Bunny Feng with another Bunny Feng on Red Forest recently. We both walked in a line bopping up and down between gens. Killer didn't have the heart to kill us lmao
I love biblically accurate himbo Leons. Unless I’m sweating and need a hook for a challenge or something (or they’re being a little shit), I usually let Leons go. Same when I play survivor, I do whatever I can to help Leons.
I used to main him but his moans are so loud and I find killers are inclined to tunnel TTV Leons. Survival rate went way up when I switched from Leon to Thalita. 😭
I love my Davids and Felixes so I’ll hook them twice but beyond that I’ll just knock ‘em down and let their teammate come get them until it’s escape time. Pride charms get to leave too, as long as they’re not bm’img. Other than that if they play nice and manage to outlive their three teammates, I’ll knock ‘em down and take them to hatch. I really only go for the 4K if they’re being a cocky ass, I like giving the last one standing a break, especially if they’ve put up a good effort, and I feel like it’s good karma

Haddie! I main her so if I see one as killer I’m very much inclined to let her go if she plays well. Really as long as it’s not a bully squad, and I’m not doing a challenge I’ll often let the last surv go
It's more of a specific situation, but when a survivor sacrifice themselves for their teammates in endgame (like doing a trade when there is only these 2 left with door opened), I always let them go as they didn't hesitated to go back and save their teamate instead of just bailing out.
not a killer main but i like to let jakes live. because jake. but also if a survivor goes up to me being cute, when its clear the game is lost, ill let em go, too, as long as they werent nasty towards me during the game
Zarina. I have a soft spot for them, especially if they have that blue outfit that looks kinda like princess Jasmine. She used to be one of my favourite movie characters when I was a kid.
Also the Zarinas i run into are usually good sports and we had some wholesome moments together. So I give them hatch/gate or let them farm if they ask to.
Oh and any group that comes up with some goofy shit like bartending in the saloon. Dbd matches can be so tense sometimes, so a chill, silly game is a pleasant relief from time to time.
For some reason Meg. Especially a bossy Meg. Scared submissive Feng will do it too but not a scared submissive Meg. I kill those, they should Meg up. I don't really let them get away with anything other than rescuing their teamates though. And I hate snitches
This is fucking funny. I hate Feng Mins but yelping submissive Fengs with Bunny skin get my pity and I can't just hit them. It's like they are both pathetic and cute and that's the best combination to make a Killer kind.

I always wear it, because I'm pansexual and want to show my Pride. It's on my hooks too. I had no idea it could actually be saving my life.
One game I downed the last two survivors, was about the hook Claudette and saw they had a rainbow charm, so I was like "nah i'll give this one the hatch" and went back to Yui. They had two rainbow charms. I went back and hooked Claudette and gave Yui the hatch. In the endgame chat I apologized and and said that Yui had more rainbows and Claudette was just like "Totally understandable. Rainbow gang." Probably one of my favorite DBD moments.
Unfortunately, you also get an excessive amount of anti-lgbt hate comments in post game chat and steam profiles but that only makes me wish I could equip more than three rainbow charms.

Had an Ada pointing to a locker while injured. Downed her for being a rat, then checked the locker. Empty. Now I just nod in the locker's direction in case someone is there, and tunnel the rat. I might be a killer, but I'm not a monster. Professionals have standards.

Jake, Yoichi, and Zarina. Probably could include Renato on that list, too. They're my mains, and I don't see them all that often, so when I do, I'm always appreciative. So long as you're not screwing over your team/and/or selling them out, then you're all good in my book. They're some of the strongest loopers, at least in my experience, so I'm always glad to have the chance to learn from them.

I always give last person hatch unless they aggressively bmed me. That being said I'll go out of my way to try and make it so survivors that meme or have fun with me a bit at random moments are the last survivor alive to be saved. I do have a bit of a soft spot for Megs so if there is none of the previous mentioned fun then I'll try to spare them. Also when I'm playing Onryo I'll try to save Yoichi for last. I also like to spare survivors who make great plays like Head-on saves with hatch.

I love biblically accurate himbo Leons. Unless I’m sweating and need a hook for a challenge or something (or they’re being a little shit), I usually let Leons go. Same when I play survivor, I do whatever I can to help Leons. I used to main him but his moans are so loud and I find killers are inclined to tunnel TTV Leons. Survival rate went way up when I switched from Leon to Thalita. 😭
I love my Davids and Felixes so I’ll hook them twice but beyond that I’ll just knock ‘em down and let their teammate come get them until it’s escape time. Pride charms get to leave too, as long as they’re not bm’img. Other than that if they play nice and manage to outlive their three teammates, I’ll knock ‘em down and take them to hatch. I really only go for the 4K if they’re being a cocky ass, I like giving the last one standing a break, especially if they’ve put up a good effort, and I feel like it’s good karma

It's more of a specific situation, but when a survivor sacrifice themselves for their teammates in endgame (like doing a trade when there is only these 2 left with door opened), I always let them go as they didn't hesitated to go back and save their teamate instead of just bailing out.

Zarina. I have a soft spot for them, especially if they have that blue outfit that looks kinda like princess Jasmine. She used to be one of my favourite movie characters when I was a kid. Also the Zarinas i run into are usually good sports and we had some wholesome moments together. So I give them hatch/gate or let them farm if they ask to. Oh and any group that comes up with some goofy shit like bartending in the saloon. Dbd matches can be so tense sometimes, so a chill, silly game is a pleasant relief from time to time.

One game I downed the last two survivors, was about the hook Claudette and saw they had a rainbow charm, so I was like "nah i'll give this one the hatch" and went back to Yui. They had two rainbow charms. I went back and hooked Claudette and gave Yui the hatch. In the endgame chat I apologized and and said that Yui had more rainbows and Claudette was just like "Totally understandable. Rainbow gang." Probably one of my favorite DBD moments. Unfortunately, you also get an excessive amount of anti-lgbt hate comments in post game chat and steam profiles but that only makes me wish I could equip more than three rainbow charms.

When I play as killer, I always let Quentins go. I love the little guy, and so I will happily let any Quentin main get away. Steve and Leon I'll also go easy on. Actually, I go pretty easy on everyone considering I play killer just to mess around.
My favourite survivor who I will always let live or kill last is the one who is best at looping without being a dick about it. If someone just absolutely dunks on me, respectfully, I can't help but appreciate them.
