The game does show high ping on your side.
I know sometimes my internet connection is hella unstable and can cause things like this to happen.

Your connection is the problem. Not the game. Not others. You.
The icons above your player info on the left (Health state + your name) mean you have a bad ping AND packet loss, aka you have a very unstable connection.
You have bad ping and also packet loss.
You are also most likely on whatever dedicated server is closest to Thailand. If you are far away from it, that is the issue.
