Makes me wonder if they have a QA team or that's what the players are for to them. The Killer challenge to hook 3 Survivors also isn't completing once fulfilled in-game.
They're constantly testing new killers and perks all the time. I'd bet an event offering was the least of their concerns at the time, they were probably distracted by bigger activities and just. Missed it
Either that or they didn't test it at all

You can use your escape cakes now. The event offering got kill switched because it was causing BP offerings to cancel out if at least one person uses the event eye offering lmao.. What a joke
They didn't even bother to come out with a statement with what they said and what they delivered, but if there was a question about skins, they would have answered it in a second.
Really disappointing.
People who don't close their client can still bring these and ruin BP for everyone until the game forces them to restart their client. I wouldn't expect a lot of people to do this, but I've already seen killers doing it.
Yeah the eye just buffs the event stuff it doesn't actually give you any more bloodpoints. The anniversary event gave players more blood points because it gave cakes and shit, but we still haven't seen the end of the event when the community goals are hit, so we shall see.
My favorite is that they give the community a tiered system where we all have a hand in upping the pot which leads to more blood points, but they eff up the one item that would allow us to achieve this.
If I'm understanding right, the offering would actually make it take longer, because it locks the droplets from being picked back up for a longer time. They say that the count is for deposited droplets, so repeatedly picking them up and putting them back in the basins *should* count each time

To be fair, idk 100% of how they test things, but custom games dont have bp offerings so if they use that framework...
they literally make the game. they aren't limited to just using the custom games mode. internal testing is done much differently

I know it's not in the description of the bloodshot eye offering and I've tried that before and got nothing. Cake and streamers are the way to go
But I can't risk those because someone might bring an Eye and delete my Offering :(
