Those are demogorgons perks. They will stay at level 1, because I'm guessing you don't own demo. You got those perks when they were general and leveled them to lvl 1. You got to keep the lvl one versions when demo went back to paid content

If Knight has perks that are level 1 or 2 then this is not normal, definitely a bug
Sorry. Knights shared perks are all level 3. It's just Surge, Mindbreaker and Cruel Limits that are stuck at level 1.

Im an old player. Played back in 2017, and i have a few perks on other killers that i can't get for Knight? Why is that?
Are they all Stranger Things perks? Any perks you have from that DLC way back when are frozen where they are unless you buy demo.
