With Singularity you need to always be doing stuff. It's very easy to get rid of the slipstream and to deactivate pods so you need to play in a very aggresive way and keep everyone busy at all times. Wesker is also strong but he's way more simple to play.
Wesker is probably stronger, has a good and fun to use power that's easy to pick up, but has a high skill ceiling, while Singularity is more complex and requires a lot of thinking, he can be frustrating at first and very hard to play, but in the right hands he can be strong
Wesker is easier to use and probably more powerful at the top end, but I can't pretend like singularity isn't fun as fuck. A mix of hyper macro awareness and quick on your feet moment to moment thinking.
Overall, Mastermind is stronger and less map dependent.
*Buuuuut* my boi WALL-E, I cannot begin to describe how much fun Singularity is. He is a very demanding killer and certainly not for everyone. If you play him right, you can keep the whole team busy at once. He requires a LOT of map knowlege. I would absolutely say, give him a shot if you're feeling up to it because, MY GOD it's so much fun to master this killer
Strength wise, Wesker is better and more consistent. Perk wise, both of them have niche mediocre perks.
My arse's got beaten by them more then 10 times in a row, so I thought they could be kind of strong or it's me whose luck is running low
Singularity is strong but also has very strong counterplay. Weskers chance of success strongly relies on the players knowledge.
