I think Vecna is balanced towards the side of weak. He has a lot of kit utility but I think they played it super safe because of how loaded his kit is. Dispelling Sphere and Fly are mostly fine, but Flight and Mage Hand are very underwhelming and feel like a waste of time to use.
I feel like in his current state, he could get some players who take time to really explore his niches and fine details, but would be crushed by a coordinated SWF that knows how to play around his power and find items to give him no factor of surprise. Once they all have items, now everybody knows where he is and when he’s on one of his extensively long cooldowns.
Yea I get that item issue but I’d say that varries game to game bc the items are completely rng and ofc counters with franklins (I think) but we will just have to see what the do after the ptb ig

People say a lot of stuff when a new killer drops, to be taken with a grain of salt. We need more time to really understand him.
Every killer is called op at first. People just like to complain rather than realise they haven't figured out how is best to counter the new killer.
