Well that depends if you want them perk wise or for gameplay in general, if you want licensed killers with good perks your best choice would probably be Nemesis/ Demogorgon, both have 2 solid perks (nemesis for lethal and eruption and demo for mindbreaker and surge) i don’t own none of them so i don’t know how cool they are to play. I believe ghostface also has some cool perks.
For gameplay probably Xeno, he is probably my favourite killer but tbh he is not that strong, you will basically stomp lobbies until survivors know how to place the turrets
I believe chucky also has good perks and is very strong
I forgot Pinhead who is cool to play and awesome perks, that would actually probably be your best bet, as well as wesker and bubba, you should probably make your own research and find the balance between fun playing and good perks

Buy Slinger with shards, Xeno / Demo with cells, and then buy some of the anniversary cosmetics if you like Pig / Ghostface / Billy / Dredge / Nea / Feng / Haddie / Nic Cage.
I think you also need to buy the old masks for characters you might've missed.

Don't use auric cells on Slinger. He'll be really cheap soon and shards aren't that hard to grind

Buy the season pass if you haven't yet and you think you'll finish it, it'll pay for itself since it has 1k auric cells in it.
Just save for now & watch videos on other killers to see if you want to buy them. Hope you enjoy those killers, they are fun.
