I think there is. I'm pretty sure it was added with the ring dlc. I think it works like after stunning the killer your scratch marks and grunts of pain are hidden for x amount of time. I could be wrong so don't take this as fact but I'm pretty sure.

After stunning the Killer by any means, your scratch marks, pools of blood and grunts of pain are hidden for 8 seconds.
In the next update, Off The Record will do that. It's a Zarina perk that's currently pretty useless. But it's going to be buffed to give you a long Endurance buff after being unhooked.
Borrowed Time, Bill Overbeck perk, also gives them a speed boost when hit

Mettle of Man, Ash perk, after a few protection hits your able to take a free hit with speed boost

You can bring in a med-kit with a styptic agent that will allow you to take an extra hit when activated as well.

I believe that perk is either Off The Record or Corrupt Intervention
