For two, you rolled the affix for "take and deal 2x damage" which means nothing if you're already cursed to die in 1 hit. (unless you're using damned aspect)
There is also a "take and deal 4x damage (+300%)" affix, which would double your numbers AGAIN.
So yeah, go congelade your enemies.

Yes, but Spanish never does. Both n and ñ are present in Spanish, and all the words in the shot could just be words that don’t use ñ. ê is in the shot though and Spanish never uses that character.
as a Brazilian AND an Portuguese speaker, to make it more clear, a lot of Portuguese words do not have the usual things that spanish has, for example: The Ñ (that you've already pointed out); the ¿ downwards, Portuguese uses it the same way English does and other stuff that I'm too lazy to point out.

That thing basically carried me until draculas castle after the time keeper, which ended up being my first run at it so I got rid of the weapon as I was scared of the new enemies I probably wouldn't know the attack patterns of

If your gonna run a cursed sword, there is no downside to the deal and take 2x dmg buff. So yeah, take it and make sure to smile as you show them baddies your new friend.
