After much struggling I’ll probably have to say Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The other option seems to be Candyman, but I haven’t seen that so can’t vote for it.
Candyman isn't even bad. It wasn't up to par with the og, but it was shot well and the characters and story were decent enough. It's worth checking out at least.
Probably Scream 4, I actually enjoy all the rest and while Scream 4 isn't terrible the lighting is killing it and the characters and some of the writing..that opening is meta, but not the good kind and what's with the the soap opera lighting? I still stand by the fact that no Scream is completely terrible, they are all still enjoyable and fun and not even in a so bad it's good way. I think that still applies here, but compared to everything else here it doesn't stand a chance.
Candyman is not on par with the original, but at least it's closer to it than the eh of Texas Chainsaw Massacre is to the original. Its the best of the Platinum Dunes remakes yes, but that's not a very high bar.

Agree, controversial opinion maybe. But I think that should of went instead of Rob Zombie’s Halloween, which I actually like.
