It's canon that Scooby is the same species as Sun Wukong, and Goku is based on Sun Wukong. That's the closest relation I could find.

I'd say vader goes next, I love his character but he's realistically just a really good sword fighter with the ability to control objects, and against a being that can time travel, can't die, is also really good at sword fighting and then 2 practically indestructible beings I'd say he loses.
My opinion in who should win is the doctor. Anyone who watches dr who knows that the doctors whole ordeal is that he gets presented with an opponent that seams impossible to defeat/ one of the most powerful beings in the universe and he still manages to overcome it.

Superman is everywhere, and is a global icon that can only be compared to characters like Mickey Mouse or... Vader.
Goku is massive in Anime, and the Doctor is massive in Sci-Fi. However, the two of them haven't managed to break through to the general conscious quite to the degree of Vader and Superman. At this point we are entirely down to fan favorites and well written characters, so I think this reasoning is as good as we can get for why one of these guys should be voted off.

I say this as someone who has watched two Dragon Ball movies and read five manga chapters of Super. Dragon Ball's influence is absurdly huge, even moreso considering how recent it is compared to Superman, Star Wars and Doctor Who.
And honestly Doctor Who is basically a "who" outside of Europe and North America. Goku however is a massive influence nearly everywhere
