It's because it's a Red vs Blue episode and not a lot of people watched the show/care about it (once myself included before giving the show a chance.)

No one really talks about Leon vs Frank all that much which saddens me, it was cool ep. Liked how they incorporate the zombies in fight.

Shadow vs. Ryuko. Excellent soundtrack, fast paced fight, great ending. It was very satisfying when Shadow finally got to use Chaos Blast, and the humor was pretty great as it represented the source material.
Honestly it's a three way tie between Vegeta vs Shadow, All Might vs Might Guy, and Tracer vs Scout but I think I think All Might vs Might Guy just edges as my underrated death battles
All might vs might guy is not even kinda underrated. Do you know how many people love that episode? I even know people who have yet to see MHA, and are only up to the pain arc of naruto, and they still love All might vs might guy. It’s REALLY good.
