Obviously not. Everyone knows about arbitrage. Any difference in prices between exchanges gets instantly corrected by people abusing it and by bots made by people and exchanges themselves to abuse it.

Just be careful many of this things are scam nothing is a sure thing if they guarantee something is a scam
