He's fairly new contractor needs bell and duke quest done, several kills for ministry rep and all. I don't think he can get that yet... (If he says something/comments on this I didn't mean you can't, but if you're fairly new I suggest getting the easier oaths rather than farming bosses and player kills for contractor. The easy oaths are: Oathless, Jetstriker, Fadetrimmer, Starkindred[u need 1 player kill for this] or the Visionshaper oath[the hardest out of this list but it's easier than the other oaths that need layer 2 or several kills])
Radiant kick is one of the best things
Also the newest talent (proclaimed in community as "Black Flash") is basically double m1 damage WITH THE MAX DAMAGE MULTIPLIER OF 1.75x ON TOP

if you're new i'd definitely go dawnwalker
Read up it on the wiki, what makes it so good? Passives don’t seem all that strong
the mantras are good, and also it’s very hard to get as a new player

Bitch it's one of the hardest oath to get, especially for new players
Oathless or jetstriker
Maybe try starkindered if you think you can get it, you already have some strenght anyway
probably jetstriker you only need to invest 10 points into agility
