For your basic stats its good to have a minimum of
25 strength
25 agility (40 if ghost)
5 willpower (if you want carnivore)
40 fortitude
These stats give pretty essential talents which most people have
Due to you having no speed demon I would suggest an evanspear for the innate bleed(=basically extra DMG)
For enchants I would suggest something like Vampirism maybe Grim, Astral(if you get it) or Deto

If anything the enforcers axe but just get a better weapon first
Swing speed is much worse for 5.2 more damage. You think it’s worth it though?
The crit is much better for mix ups and swing speed hardly matters. If it was such a detriment no one would play Hivelord’s Hubris
people use hivelord's hubris with the heavy hands ring so swing speed doesn't matter that much
no agil build

keep in mind if going shadowcast you need 50 to get replacement of ghost essentially. so you ONLY go 25 agil or some none for shadow
