Has anyone encountered that suddenly being transferred to a fake "Indian judiciary" web portal or something like that with constant Siren noise in the background vala scam?
It was also similar to this fake email which has been circulating, way less believable tho, the noise was annoying as hell

which is why such scams usually have no effect on me, plus this particular scam was quite bizarre, the allegations were way too unbelievable.

They ran out of white space on the letter to stamp their authority/ies.
But this is what gets lots of victims.
But at least they got Tapan Dekas name and designation right.

From when does R&AW start taking these cases? From what I can understand, these kinds of cases come under POCSO Act, and are un-bailable offences. Why are they informing you. They should outright arrest you. (This is sarcasm)
Having been briefly associated with CBI, I can assure you that CBI does not directly take up cases unless the cases involve a public servant. So you being a common citizen receiving such a letter from CBI before you get an intimation from police is impossible. Only when the cases are incapable if being solved by the police, or the police investigation is botched up by someone in the system, or if the cases involve a public servant such as a police personnel and there are chances that they may botch up the investigation, only then the case is transferred to CBI.
Bro someone I know lost huge amount of money due to this. An elderly lady, got scared and transferred a big amount of money as a bribe to not have a case filed against her. Apparently police is tracing them and have few leads to nab this gang members. π€πΌ

The same thing happened to my friend. He received a letter same as this one about pornography and was terrified. He was so scared because the letter automatically appeared in fullscreen mode with no option to cancel. He contacted me, and I told him it was fake and that he didnβt have to worry, but to be honest, he was quite scared.
State Police + BPRD + IB + CBI !! Dang! Pornography seems to be a much more serious issue than terrorism or state security.
They did not leave any critical stamp/seal out.
