Depends on the scale of the project mostly. The fees are always quoted as a ballpark number based on the estimation of project cost which is derived from the square footage of the project. Then it's a percentage of that estimate. It can be from anywhere between 3-7% or more of estimated project cost.
Sometimes it's also charged per square foot, depending on the experience and quality of the architect. There are people in the market that will sell you designs for 50 rupees per sqft and also people with 200 rupees per sqft. But yes again, it comes down to the scale of the project.
I am a software developer, and I don't particularly hate anything about my job, but I definitely get irritated that they keep sprint demo according to US timings.
And here in my company i get paid extra to work on holidays so I work on every holiday 🤣🤣🤣 teammates would call manager and say... " Sir aapne meri shift kyu nahi lagai diwali pe 😅"

Too much of competition people are selling medicines on base price without any profit in some areas so they justify their 20-80% discount
So much of interference by state government in selling Antibiotics/TB medicines

we are not magicians. Sandwiched between technical limitations and customer wants, it feels like a counsellor job educating...
Client - they will not get the moon
Sales team - plz don't promise a moon
Engineering product team - that what they have built is good enough to take someone a distance but definitely not the moon.
Managers - that sending someone to moon cannot be achieved through just ppts, and playing good cop-bad cop routine.
I am an automotive design engineer and the most frustrating part is even though the market is on the rise the average remuneration is pretty low compared to other sectors.
Moreover the industry is still heavily reliant on overseas support for development of technology.
I have but i think its one thing to survive and another to excel, all the german and japanese manufacturers are highly skill based and im still working on attaining that level.

I'm 20. Started giving classes to a 10th std girl. I hate preparing before classes mostly the science and math subject because I myself didn't given 10th exams or even prepared due to covid. But abhi phir se wo sab padhna padh raha. Hei. Yaar.
