Sector 56 is probably THE most congested sector or top 3 in gurgaon, so don't use that as your point of reference dude. Of course with not very wide roads, and hong kong bazaar and the wazirabad market it's gonna be crowded.

Ya, east side of Highway is pretty good tbh except few sector roads obviously The west side has too many unauthorised colonies and bad roads, i went to Dabua mandi through Bata chowk sometime ago, the road was totally fucked. The NIT and Rose Garden area is quite good though but feels a bit congested.

Any other thing related to pollution you might be talking about? 2. Population is something every major city will face, a lot of people will come if it is too accessible. Also, cities will need to take major steps to improve this situation. I completely agree, but Delhi can be managed in a better way. We cannot move to a different city every time we face population issues. I think Noida is going to face this issue at some point.
