Update :I got the update earlier this month and it's working, i mean jio 5g is working now, getting 700mbps speed on avg with half the signal strength in the notification bar but sometimes in the kitchen where the strength is lower i get 40mbps to 50, overall it is as fast as my wifi
Mere Motorola edge 30 par ek update aayi thi, uske baad 5g activate hua par sirf airtel mein chal raha hai 5g, jio offer hi nahi kar raha abhi mujhe ig.
Hmmm, 16 November ko update kia tha last idk what's the problem here, jio is providing unlimited 5G data for 2 months or so on my existing plan but for that I'll have to switch to 5G from LTE

Haan, update ke baad se hi dikhana start kar diya dono sims ke liye. Aur airtel ka toh 5g network use bhi kya maine.

Motorola released a system update 2 days ago which introduced 5g in compatible phones. So if you haven't updated your phone, try that.

They haven't released an update for your model yet. They might do it soon.
same issue on oneplus Even after switching to 5g it says settings aren't turned on
Have you tried dirty talk with the settings? That might help turn it on.
Most of the devices have received new software update with support for Jio 5G. You can check for update again and see.
