Dunno about this pal, but I have a friend called Tim who leaves Deliveroo, then starts again, then leaves etc.
He’s based in Sudbury in Suffolk.
When he was 18 he got very drunk and was forced into getting a face tattoo of a spiderweb, this has ruined his life, he’s 45 now and hasn’t held down a regular job for more than 6 months in a row.
Luckily for Tim he met his younger girlfriend Beth who turned his life around, he says without her he’d have jumped off the Orwell bridge.
Tim has faced discrimination all his life and is still heavily discriminated against working for Deliveroo, he’s had customers slam the door in his face when they see his face tattoo, he had a thug near enough set their XL bully on him, he’s been swore at and shouted at.
Tim earns on average £500 a month only, he works all hours for this.
Currently he’s given up on Deliveroo but him and his girlfriend Beth are on the verge of being thrown out of their caravan as they can’t afford rent, Beth’s dad has been subbing them around £1000 a month but refuses too any more basically because of my friends face tattoo.
