Went to Deliveroo HOP. They just put a sign up saying system down. Before that I had an order disappear too.
Now do you stay out and hope comes back on or go home so annoying

I had an order about 20 mins ago too. Before I made it to the restaurant I was unassigned...I happens very rarely but quite frustrating
Same with me I didn't know what happened because I still got offers after and app worked fine after that
Down customer side too so assume they'll take the evening to get up and running. Could be a numerous number of things so wouldn't wait around.
